Terms & Conditions of Entry
1. The promoter is: H.A Jacob & Son’s PTY LTD Trading as Jacob Toyota whose registered office is at 175 Melbourne Road, Wodonga, Victoria, 3690. Name of the promotion is JACOB TOYOTAS USED VEHICLE $20,000 GIVEAWAY, NSW Permit: LTPS/17/19825 2. Entry is available to all retail customers. Bronze, Silver & Gold fleet customers will not be permitted to enter the competition. 3. Competition is open to residents of NSW & Victoria only. A valid driver’s licence for NSW or Victoria must be presented and motor vehicle is to be registered in the same state as presented license to be eligible to enter. Employees of H.A Jacob & Son’s PTY LTD or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition. 4. The purchase of a used motor vehicle is required to enter the competition. Purchase of the used motor vehicle must be made between 01/12/2017 – 31/01/2018. Delivery and/or full payment of the used motor vehicle must be completed by 31/01/2018. One Entry form per transaction, will be issued to consumers by employees at time of full payment or vehicle delivery. 5. A purchase is deemed as products purchased from Jacob Toyota Used vehicle department only. Purchases with part payment and/or deposits only will not be eligible for entry. 6. Entry form must be completed in full by the purchaser including a contract number and validation by an employee of H.A Jacob & Son’s PTY LTD Trading as Jacob Toyota. Any entry form that is not completed in full will be removed from the competition as invalid. 7. Closing date for entry will be 31st January 2018 at 5.30pm AEST. After this date & time no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 8. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure their entry has been received in full. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 9. The total prize amount is: $20,000 in the form of a cheque made out in the name of the drawn winner. 10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. 11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 12. No alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 13. Winners will be drawn on the 9th February 2018, 12pm AEST at Jacob Toyota, 175 Melbourne Road, Wodonga, Victoria, 3690 LMCT7082. 14. The winner will be notified by mail, published online at

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and draw a replacement winner. 15. If a replacement winner is required the draw will be held on 9th March 2018 at 12pm AEST at Jacob Toyota, 175 Melbourne Road, Wodonga, Victoria, 3690 LMCT7082. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. 17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
