TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR THE “$500 Gift Card Giveaway” PROMOTION (THE ‘PROMOTION’)
The promoter is HYPOXI Australia Pty Limited ACN 114 194 277 of Level 3, 55 Grafton Street, Bondi Junction NSW 2022 (HYPOXI).
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant, and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
Entry to the competition is by invitation only. Competition entry is by clicking the promotional link provided in the competition invitation, and writing a Valid Review within the promotional period.
In order for entries to be considered a Valid Review, the entry must:
provide a review for the “HYPOXI Australia” product on
www.productreview.com.au (any other entries that are not for the “HYPOXI Australia” product will not be considered a valid entry for this promotion); and
be hand typed. No entries will be accepted from computer programs or scripts. People suspected of using computer scripts to enter or refer people will be disqualified.
strictly comply with the ProductReview.com.au Posting Guidelines (including any Proof of Purchase requirements). Should a valid Proof of Purchase not be provided before the end date of the competition, HYPOXI reserves the right to determine the entry null and void.
The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Only entries are accepted from accounts with a unique, verified email address.
All entries become and remain the property of HYPOXI and agencies associated with this promotion.
The competition is open to all Australian residents. Employees and the relatives of employees of HYPOXI are excluded from entering.
Winner(s) must be subscribed to the HYPOXI mailing list at the time of the draw, otherwise their entry will be deemed invalid.
The competition will start on 26/11/2017 at 9am AEDT and finish on 10/12/2017 at 11:59pm AEDT.
The judging decisions will be made at Level 3, 55 Grafton Street, Bondi Junction NSW 2022 on 12/12/2017 at 5pm AEST and winner(s) will be notified within 2 business days of the draw via email.
If a winner does not wish to accept the prize they will need to inform us immediately and the prize will be awarded to the next eligible winner determined by the judges.
Winner(s) will receive a AUD$500 Westfield Gift Card, limited to one (1) prize per entrant.
There will be two (2) winners only. The best eligible entries will receive a prize from the prize pool. The judges may select additional reserve entries and record them in the case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant being drawn.
Total prize pool is AUD$1,000.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
In the event that the prize is unclaimed after a period of 3 months a new draw will take place on 04/03/2018 at 5pm AEST.
