Conditions of entry
1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these
terms and conditions.
2. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the
Pharmacist Advice Restore Rewards terms and conditions which
may be viewed at

3. The Promoter is Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, ACN
57 000 004 320, located at 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC
3124, Ph: 03 8855 3000 (Promoter).
4. This promotion is open to all Australian residents. Directors,
management, employees, officers and contractors (and their
immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or
companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from
their parent or legal guardian.
5. The competition commences on Thursday 7th December 2017 at
12:01am AEDT, and concludes on Sunday 24th December 2017 at
11:59pm AEDT (Promotional Period).
How to enter
6. To enter, eligible Pharmacist Advice Restore Rewards members
must, during the Promotional Period, purchase a product
advertised in the Christmas Gift Giving catalogue (excluding
prescriptions, pharmacist only medicine and pharmacy medicine)
from a participating Pharmacist Advice store and scan their Restore
Rewards card at the time of purchase (Valid Entry). See www.
pharmacistadvice.com.au for a list of participating stores. Each
transaction which is a Valid Entry will constitute one (1) entry into
the draw.
7. Multiple entries are permitted subject to the following;
(a) only one entry permitted per Valid Entry.
(b) each Valid Entry must be submitted separately and in accordance
with the entry requirements.
(c) entries into the competition are automatically recorded.
8. It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their
details, including their phone number, email address and Restore
Rewards membership details are correct and up to date.
9. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of
the entrant.
10.Incomplete or indecipherable entries may be deemed invalid.
Winning Determination
11.The winning entry will all be drawn at random at Intellipharm Pty
Ltd, Building 2, Level 3, 33 Remora Road, Hamilton, QLD 4007 on
Wednesday 3rd January 2018 at 10:00am AEST.
12.The winner will be notified via telephone within two (2) business
days of the draw and by postal mail sent by no later than Friday 5th
January 2018. The name of the winner will also be published in The
Australian on Thursday 11th January 2018.
13.If neither a phone number or email address of the winner are
supplied or they are incorrect, then the winner will be disqualified
and a new winner will be drawn.
14.The Promoters may draw additional reserve entries and record
them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
15.If the prize is not claimed by 10:00am AEDT on Thursday 5th April
2018, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter
reserves the right to conduct further draws at 11:00am AEDT on
Thursday 5th April 2018 at the same location as the original draw
as are necessary to distribute the prize, subject to any written
directions given by the relevant gaming authorities. In the event
of a re-draw the winners will be notified via telephone within two
(2) business days of the draw and by postal mail sent by no later
than Friday 9th March 2018. The name of the winner will also be
published in The Australian on Tuesday 17th April 2018.
Prize
16.The first Valid Entry drawn will win a P&O cruise package for two (2)
people, which includes;
a. Two (2) return economy class flights to Melbourne, VIC from the
winner’s nearest capital city in Australia (only if winner resides
outside of VIC). The airfares will be purchased from the Promoter’s
preferred airline, at their discretion. If the winner is from VIC, the
prize does not include airfares or other travel costs to Melbourne
and the airfare component of the prize is not redeemable for cash
(valued at up to $1,500).
b. Two (2) return transfers between Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine)
and the cruise departure point (if required) (valued at up to $180).
c. Four (4) nights in twin share cabin accommodation, aboard the
Pacific Jewel cruise ship (valued at up to $1,320).

18.The total prize value of the promotion is valued at up to $3,000.
19.The prize is redeemable exclusively at Helloworld Camberwell, 941
Burke Road, Camberwell VIC 3124 and is subject to the terms and
conditions of Carlingford Travel Group Pty Ltd (trading as Helloworld
Camberwell) ABN 56 098 594 060. Please refer to

applicable terms and conditions. The Promoter and prize suppliers,
acting reasonably, hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any
winner (and/or their travel companion/s) for any inappropriate
behaviour, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
20.During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian
must accompany any person under 18 years of age. The winner
and his/her travel companions must depart from and return to the
same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined
by the Promoters in their absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points
will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard
terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of
accommodation check in/ boarding.
21.The winner and any guests must arrange at their own expense valid
travel insurance with the highest available coverage for their period
of travel. The winner and any guests may be required to provide
evidence of such travel insurance as a condition of accepting the
prize.
22.Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all other
expenses are the responsibility of the winners (and their companion)
including but not limited to meals (not specified as being included
as part of the prize), spending money, transport to and from
departure and arrival points, additional transfers, drinks, incidentals,
mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities,
services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation,
optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs.
Other
23.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries
(including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to
disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the
entry or the entry process has been tampered with, engaged in
any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair
and proper conduct of the promotion, or where any entry has been
submitted not in accordance with or has breached these Terms
and Conditions. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the
Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The
Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation
from such an offender are reserved.
24.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late,
misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant
information.
25.If the prize is unavailable, the Promoters, in their discretion, reserve
the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/
or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory
authority. If a winner of a prize for some reason does not take/
redeem a prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated
by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be
forfeited.
26.The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without
notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this
promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the
event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of
the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions
from the various lottery departments and without liability to the
participant.
27.The prize (including any unused portion of the prize) cannot be
assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except
by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to
the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of
comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable
for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen
prizes, or take responsibility for any broken products in the
delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the
responsibility of the Promoter to insure any products.
28.Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name,
likeness, image, entry, and/or voice in the event that they are a
winner (including photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in
any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for
the purpose of promoting this competition.
29.To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers,
employees and agents) and its associated agencies and companies
will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct,
indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense,
damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained
(whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection
with this promotion or accepting or using any prize.
