The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries if :
a) they are deemed fraudulent or in breach of Facebook’s ethical and legal terms of use; ,
b) the entrant cannot confirm their entitlement of entry under the established terms and conditions; ,
c) the entrant submits entries that are not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The rules of the competition, and how to enter, are as follows:

c) Follow the Vileda Australia Facebook page.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Closing date and time for competition entries will be 17/12/2017 at 11:59pm AEST. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late entries, misdirected entries, or entries not received for any reason.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any actual, or anticipated, breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
Any costs incurred to access this competition are the responsibility of the entrant.
Winners will be chosen at random by the Promoter on 18/12/2017.
The winners will be notified via Facebook within 48 hours of the competition close date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter will send the prize pack via Australia Post on the day an Australian postal address is supplied by the winner. Once in the hands of Australia Post, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for the prize pack being damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
The winners consent to the use of their names, images and comments in any related publicity material or Social Media post.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any entry or correspondence that is late, lost, altered, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (including but not limited to entrant error or omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption or communications failure); or
