WIN A $499 DRAGON KAMADO COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONSThe promoter is Teys Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 38 009 872 600) located at Building 3 Freeway Office Park, 2728 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains QLD 4113 (the “Promoter”). Information on how to enter the competition and prizes forms part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged eighteen (18) years and above. Employees of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
The competition commences Tuesday, 05 December 2017

The Promoter shall make the necessary arrangements and payments for delivery/shipping of the prize to the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for any other costs or expenses associated with attending to receive the prize. Please note we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box and some remote locations.
The winner will be notified by the Facebook direct message regarding his/her winning entry on Monday, 11 January 2018. Winner will be announced publicly on the Smokehouse Republic page shortly after. The winner must then reply to this message within 48 hours of initial point of contact in order to accept the prize. The winner must supply his/her name, date of birth, address and phone number in his/her acceptance response via email to the Promoter to the email address provided in the notification message by the Promoter. A failure by the winner to respond by the prescribed time and date will be treated as a forfeiture of the prize and that prize may be withdrawn unawarded.
For prize collection, the winner must produce the Promoter’s email notification and his/her proof of identification. The receipt of any prize is conditional upon compliance with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
By participating, submitting an entry and providing the required entry information, the entrant agrees that the Promoter may contact or process the entrant’s personal information subject to the Promoter’s privacy policy at

The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this competition.
