How to Enter
To enter the ‘WIN A CAR FOR CHRISTMAS’ competition at Bonnyrigg Plaza, customers
simply:
1) Make a minimum purchase of $10 at any specialty store or minimum purchase of $30 at
any major retailer to be eligible to receive a scratch card.
2) Customers then take their receipt to the temporary Customer Service Desk or Centre
Management to receive a scratch card.
3) Customers scratch the single latex panel on the scratch card to reveal if they are an
instant winner, and if so, present the winning game card to the redemption point listed
to receive their prize.
4) Both instant winners and non-winners are invited to complete the details on the reverse
of the scratch card and place the entry into the Entry Barrel located next to the car
display.
Duration of Competition
The competition opens at 9.00am Monday 20 November and closes at 5.00pm Wednesday 20
December 2017 or when all 10,000 entry forms are distributed, whichever comes first.
Conditions of Entry
1) Information on ‘How to Enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’.
2) Customer must spend minimum purchase in single transaction (one receipt only).
Receipts cannot be combined from multiple participating stores.
3) Entry is limited to one per customer per day per receipt.
4) Customers may enter more than once, but each entry requires one qualifying purchase
transaction within the promotional period to gain an entry form.
5) All receipts will be stamped and dated upon redemption and cannot be used more than
once.
6) Customers must retain their receipt to validate their purchase should they win.
7) To be valid, each entry must be on a fully completed official entry form containing the
customers name, address, contact number and store of purchase and placed in the
entry barrel provided by the Promoter.
Entry is only open to Australian residents.
9) Entry forms received after 5.00pm Wednesday 20 December 2017 will not be
considered.
10) Entry forms that are illegible, forged, mutilated, copied or tampered with in any way will
not be considered.
11) No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entry forms.
12) Employees and contractors of the Promoter, retailers and tenants of Bonnyrigg Plaza
Shopping Centre or the agencies associated with this promotion and members of each
of their immediate families are ineligible to enter. For the purposes of this clause,
immediate families mean parents, siblings, spouse (as defined in the Family Law Act
1975 (Cth)), children, grandparents or persons otherwise residing in the same
household. 13) Partial lay-by receipts, bill payments such as the payment of credit card bills, bank
transactions, bank fees and charges and service bills (such as gas, electricity, rates and
phone bills), lottery purchases or gambling (TAB) receipts are not valid purchases for
the purpose of this competition.
14) The prize-winner must provide suitable identification e.g. Driver’s Licence, to the
promoters satisfaction to be entitled to claim the prize.
15) If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s
nominated parent or guardian.
16) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any
entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in
accordance with the Conditions of Entry, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter. 17) The prizes are not redeemable for cash and not transferable and must be taken as
offered.

Date, Time and Place of Major Draw
The major prize winner will be drawn at 9.00am on Thursday 21 December at Bonnyrigg Plaza,
Centre management Office, 100 Bonnyrigg Avenue, Bonnyrigg, NSW 2177.
1) The entry form chosen at random will be announced as the winner of the major draw
prize.
2) The decision is final. No further correspondence will be entered into.
3) The winner will be contacted by phone after the draw has taken place and will also be
notified in writing thereafter.
4) The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
5) The winner’s name will be published on the centre’s website and Facebook page on
Friday 22 December.
6) If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes a prize draw will be conducted after
three months of the original date of the prize being won at Centre Management office. 7) Instant win prizes must be redeemed as per the specified date on the game card.
Customers Information and Privacy
1) By entering the promotion you give the Promoter consent to use your personal
information, in accordance with the Colliers Privacy Policy (available on the Bonnyrigg
website), for further purposes and promotions unless you say otherwise.
2) The Promoter agrees to keep confidential all personal details obtained by the Promoter
during the Promotional Period and agrees that such information will be used for the
purposes of promoting Bonnyrigg shopping centre only. 3) As stated in the section above, if the customer were to win a prize, the Promoter will
contact them on the phone and ascertain whether they wish to accept the prize. If the
customer chooses to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to use the
customers name and photograph for marketing and publicity purposes and in particular
to publish the name of the winner in the local newspapers.
4) Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize
claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Instant win game
materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
5) If at the end of the promotion all existing claims to prizes and entitlements will be met
notwithstanding the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.
Liability
1) The Promoter and any companies associated with this competition, accept no
responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not
limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained
as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the prize except for
any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
2) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the
prize winnings or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek
independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial
situation.
3) If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical
failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or
affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this
promotion, then it will be suspended subject to the approval of the gaming authorities,
where required.
4) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry
process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the
approval of the gaming authorities, where required.
5) If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall
be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or
provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and
the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
