Terms and Conditions:
These terms and condition of entry, including information on how to participate and prize details (Terms), apply to the Promotion and entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.
The Promoter is Parramatta Park Trust ABN 90 811 557 152 of PO BOX 3064 Parramatta 2124 (Promoter).
The Promotion will be open from Thursday 9:00AM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 30 November 2017 until 9:00PM (AEST) on Wednesday 3 January 2018.
Entry in the Promotion is only open to NSW residents aged 16 years and over, excluding: a) Management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion; b) A spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph 4(a) of these Terms.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
1. Visit the Parramatta Park Woobox Competition Entry page at
http://woobox.com/5x5c8b and follow the prompts and answer the question:
“Tell us in 25 words or less of all the live music performances and experiences in the Crescent Summer Series program in Parramatta Park, which one you would like to see the most and why" before 9pm on Wednesday 3 January 2018.
All entries received after this time will not be accepted. One entry permitted per person only.
2. Acknowledge and agree that it is a condition of participation in the Promotion to agree and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.
4. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
PRIZE SCHDULE
· There is one (1) prize to be given away and one (1) winner will be announced.
The winner will receive a double pass to every paid experience as part of Crescent Summer Series.
1 x double pass to FOMO – 13 January 2018 (valued at $254 + booking fee)
1 x double VIP pass to Symphony Under The Stars - 20 January 2018 (invitation only - money can't buy)
1 x double pass to 50 Cent concert – 9 February 2018 (valued at $198 + booking fee)
1 x double pass to Mariah Carey concert – 10 February 2018 (valued at $318 + booking fee)
1 x double pass to Tropfest 'Pick Your Patch' experience – 17 February 2018 (valued at $120 + booking fee)
Total prize value is RRP = $890 + booking fees
The passes are for one-off entry for each concert, and for entry into the concerts only and DO NOT include any food or drinks, or other sundries.
The prize winners will be notified by phone call and email and must supply their email address and accept their prize via email confirmation and confirm their contact details.
· The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and is subject to availability. In the instance that an event in the Crescent Summer Series is cancelled or postponed (in the competition promotion period of thereafter) and affects the prize schedule, Western Sydney Parklands Trust reserves the right to amend the prize and elements of the prize including taking the tickets to the cancelled event off the prize schedule. In the event that events or concerts that form part of the Golden Ticket Prize schedule are cancelled or postponed, Western Sydney Parklands is not obligated to and will not replace tickets, offer alternatives or reimburse the winner for any costs associated with claiming tickets to the cancelled event.
· This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged on Thursday 4 January 2018, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. The winner will be chosen, and contacted within 2 working days of Thursday 4 January 2018. The judges’ decision will be final.
· The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 workings days of Thursday 4 January 2018, to accept the prize.
· The winner's will also be published on the Parramatta Park website by 10am Friday 5 January 2018
· If the winner does not confirm receipt of their prize via email confirmation by 12:00 noon Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Friday 5 January 2018, the prize will be awarded to the next successful entrant at 1:00pm Friday 5 January 2018 in the office of Parramatta Park and Western Sydney Parklands Trusts subject to any direction given under applicable law.
· The new prize winner will be notified by email on Friday 5 January 2018.
VERIFICATION If requested by the Promoter, Eligible Entrants must produce, within the time requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion appropriate photo identification or other documentation, required by the Promoter to verify their identity, age and eligibility to enter the Promotion.
GENERAL
The following limits on entry are applicable: · Eligible Entrants must have a valid and active email address · Eligible Entrants can only enter the Promotion in their own name. · The prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. · The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any Entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. The Promoter does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times during the Promotion Period. · If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter such as bad weather, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to it, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion, subject to approval by the relevant regulatory authorities. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree and acknowledge: a) they may be contacted by the Promoter (or an agent of the Promoter) to provide comments about the Promotion and the Promoter (or an agent of the Promoter) may take photos or recordings of them; b) the Promoter may use any comments obtained from them, their name, and/or likeness and any photos or recordings taken of them (the Materials) for the Promoter's future promotional and marketing purposes without further reference or compensation to them; c) the Promoter may duplicate, alter, adapt and utilise the Materials as the Promoter wishes at anytime, anywhere, and by any means (including communicating them to the public in any media, including media not yet in existence). The Promoter may license, authorise or otherwise transfer the rights in the Materials to others to do the same; d) they grant to the Promoter on creation of the Materials a royalty free, perpetual, exclusive and irrevocable licence to use the Materials for whatever purpose it determines; e) they agree not to institute, maintain or support any claim or proceeding for infringement of their Moral Rights in the Materials. Eligible Entrants agree and acknowledge that all Entries and any intellectual property rights subsisting in their Entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this competition using Facebook and Instagram. The competition however, is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Instagram. Each entrant completely releases Facebook or Instagram from any and all liability. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition.
