How to Enter
To enter the 'Win Your Share in $10,000' campaign at Pialba Place customers simply:
Spend a minimum of $40 or more at any specialty retailer or $60 at any major retailer located at the Pialba Place Shopping Centre.
Visit the iPad entry station in centre (located near Wizard Pharmacy) and insert entry fields on the iPad entry form as prompted; OR alternatively visit the campaign microsite via
www.winatpialbaplace.com.au and insert entry fields required.
If your entry is an instant prize winner, winners will be notified immediately at the iPad station or via the campaign microsite and also via an email (if email is provided)advising of the prize redemption process.
Winners and non winners will automatically be entered into the Major Prize draw (details of which are below).
Duration of Competition
The competition opens at 9am, Wednesday 6 December and closes at 5pm Friday 22 December 2017.
Conditions of Entry
Information on 'how to enter' forms part of these 'Conditions of Entry'.
To be valid, each entry must be on a fully completed 'Win Your Share in $10,000' iPad or microsite entry form.
Entry is only open to Australian residents.
Only one entry available per receipt purchased. Receipts from partial lay-bys, bill payments such as the payment of credit card bills, bank transactions, bank fees and charges and service bills [such as gas, electricity, rates and phone bills] cannot be presented as receipts to enter.
Entries received after the close date 5pm Friday 22 December 2017 will not be considered.
No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Pialba Place takes no responsibility for entries that cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason whatsoever. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Pialba Place.
Entries will not be accepted via post.
Entries illegible, reasonably determined as a forgery mutilated, copied or tampered with in any way will not be considered or form part of the entry.
Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, participating outlets and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families mean parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
Management and staff of stores at Pialba Place are not permitted to enter.
The prize-winners must provide suitable identification to the promoters' satisfaction to be entitled to claim the prize.
If a prize-winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry.
The prize values are correct at the authorisation date of the competition. The Promoter is not responsible for any subsequent variation in values.
The prizes are not redeemable for cash and not transferable and must be taken as offered.

Date, Time and Place of Major Draw
The winner of the Major Prize will be drawn at Compco Systems located at 18/198 Young Street, Waterloo NSW 2017 at 5.30pm, Friday 22 December, 2017.
The Major Prize winner will be determined via a random electronic draw.
The decision is final. No further correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be contacted by phone (if a phone number is provided) and/or in writing (if an email address or postal address is provided) after the draw has taken place
The winner need not be present at the draw.
If despite every reasonable effort the winner of a prize cannot be contacted a redraw will be conducted at Compco Systems (18/198 Young Street, Waterloo NSW 2017) at 10am, Friday 12th January, 2018.
The winner's name will be published on the Pialba Place website by Friday 5th January, 2018.

By entering this promotion, you give the Promoter consent to add your details to the Pialba Place database, and use your personal information for further purposes and promotions unless you otherwise notify us in writing.
The Promoter agrees to keep confidential all personal details obtained by the Promoter during the Promotional Period and agrees that such information will be used for the purposes of the promotion only.
If the customer chooses to accept the prize, the Promoter, reserves the right to use the customers name and photograph for marketing and publicity purposes.

The Promoter and any companies associated with the Promoter or this competition, accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation.
Unless due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all valid prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool value will be honoured.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, then it will be suspended subject to the approval gaming authorities in the State of Queensland where required.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities where required.
If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision [or part thereof] shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion and not award the prize(s) where circumstances beyond the Promoter's control prevent the Promoter from providing the prize(s). Should the Promoter cancel the Promotion the Promoter will:
Advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled by placing a notice at the Centre Management Office and on the Pialba Place website;
Promptly destroy all entries received; and
Not use the personal information you have provided.
If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision [or part thereof] shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
