* Entry tickets will be issued from 9th December 2017.
* Participants can enter by simply purchasing an item from Buzzbar, Subway or Network Video Mortdale with a minimum spend of $3.
* Participants under 18 years of age are still eligible to enter, however they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to approve and claim the prize.
* Participants information will not be shared with a third party.
* If participants spend between $3-$9.99 they gain 1 entry. If they spend between $10-$17 they gain 2 entries. One additional entry is gained per $5 spent over $17.
* Closing date for entries is on Saturday 10th February 2018 at 11:30am AEDST.
* The winning entrant must be in store at 22 Morts Rd, Mortdale at the time of the draw, if they are not present the prize will be redrawn until an onsite winner is found.
* The first prize will be rewarded to the winner on the day of the draw in cash.
* ID may be required to identify the winning entrant.
* In accordance with regulations of running a lottery style contest in NSW, the winner's name (only, no other personal details) will be announced on the day. Their name and photo will also be published on our social media sites and possibly other media forms and/or used for future promotions.
* All secondary prize winners do not need to be present at the draw to claim the runner-up prizes. The secondary prize winners will be notified within 7 days, via the details provided on the ticket drawn.
* Secondary prize winners will receive a selection of different prizes and vouchers. Vouchers will include - Subway catering valued at $50, Network video valued at $50, Buzzbar espresso valued at $50.\
* Unclaimed secondary prizes will be kept for 3 months if the prize winner cannot be contacted. If prizes remain unclaimed at the end of the 3 months, permission for a redraw will be submitted under regulation of trade promotion lotteries in NSW. A second chance draw will be undertaken to distribute any unclaimed prizes.
* Employees of Alderton Enterprises and their families are not eligible to be part of the competition.
