By entering this competition, you agree to, accept and are bound by these terms and conditions.
This competition is open to anyone aged 16 or over, except for the employees of the promoters, Caloundra City Autos, it’s subsidiary companies, their families and any other company connected with the competition. Caloundra City Autos will not accept any entries from children aged 16 or under and parent or guardians must enter on their behalf.
To be an eligible entrant in this competition any contact details that are required for submission must be true and correct.
To enter this competition you must like the Caloundra City Autos Facebook page, and leave a comment on the competition post. Sharing the post is not required to enter the competition
The competition will be running from 11/01/2018 until 25/01/2018, any submissions after this date will be exempt and will not qualify for entry.
The prize $1000.
The prize is not transferable and not exchangeable.
Prize must be claimed in its entirety as stated and not differed.
If the prize is a voucher with a dollar value, the voucher must be used in it’s entirety and no cash or change can be given if the prize amount is not redeemed.
The winner will be notified via Facebook, and will be contacted directly via Facebook message or any other means of contact the winner has provided.
The winner of the prize will be notified within 14 days of the competition ending and the winner will have 14 days to respond to initial contact or the prize will be revoked and redrawn.
In the event that the prize is not claimed or revoked, Caloundra City Autos reserve the right to revoke and give the prize to a runner up, or re offer the prize in a future promotion.
If the winner does not collect the prize within 3 months of being announced it will be regarded as forfeit.
If the prize is for some reason unavailable, a prize of equal or more value can be used as a substitute.
If the Prize involves a third party, the winner is bound by the third parties terms and conditions.
The winner agrees to the promoter’s use of their name, town of residence and photograph in relation to the promoter’s publicity material.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the competition.
