TERMS & CONDITIONS:
This competition is governed by and subject to the following Terms and Conditions (‘Competition’).
Participation in this Competition constitutes an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
The Competition commences at 12.00pm on Friday 12 January and subject to clauses 14 and 15 will conclude at 11.59pm Sunday 4 February 2018 (‘Competition Period’).
Eligible participants in this Competition must be eighteen (18) years of age and over and not prohibited from entering the Casino or the Crown Entertainment Complex for any reason (‘Participants’).
This Competition comprises of one hundred and one (101) prizes.
HOW IT WORKS:
Participants who meet the following requirements during the Competition Period, will receive two (2) Unique Entry Cards (‘Unique Entry Card’), each printed with a unique code:
Purchase one (1) bucket of five (5) bottles of Corona (to share) from Crown Riverwalk pop-up site, The Merrywell, Atrium Bar, CrownBet Sports Bar, The Groove Live Bar and Terrace, Lagerfield, Mesh, Mr Hive Kitchen & Bar, San Antone by Bludso’s BBQ, 28 Skybar and Lounge, Tonic, Vegas Bar, Velvet Bar, or Double Up Bar(‘Participating Venues’).
Participants must go to the webpage
www.crownsunsets.com.au and enter the unique code printed on their Unique Entry Card.
Upon submission of the unique code and Participants’ details, Participants will instantly be notified as to whether they are a prize winner.
Participants may enter multiple times; each entry will require a different unique code to be valid.
No other method of entry will be accepted.
The number of Unique Entry Cards received is strictly limited to the amount indicated in clause 7, per Participant, per day during the Competition Period, regardless of the number of Corona buckets or bottles purchased at a Participating Venue.

www.crownsunsets.com.au/terms and at Participating Venues during the Competition Period.
PRIZES:
There will be a total of three thousand (3,000) Unique Entry Cards made available to Participants who enter the Competition, of which one hundred and one (101) will be winning Unique Entry Cards.
Unique Entry Cards are available while stocks last during the Competition Period. The Competition will conclude once all Unique Entry Cards have been distributed or all winners have been notified.
All Unique Entry Cards received will be the responsibility of the Participant to redeem.
Prizes that are available from the winning Unique Entry Cards include:
One (1) of two (2) Corona branded surf boards (RRP $550).
One (1) of eight (
wireless speakers (RRP $150).
One (1) of five (5) Corona branded hammocks (RRP $190).
One (1) of eighty five (85) Corona branded beach towels (RRP $20).
One (1) Mexico travel package, including:
A return economy flight for two (2) people from Melbourne to Puerto Vallarta;
Return private transfers to Sayulita; and
Seven (7) nights’ accommodation in Sayulita (RRP $10,000).
The total value of available prizes for the Competition is $14,950.
If a prize winner is unable to claim their prize by 7.00pm Saturday 10 February 2018, that prize will be deemed forfeited.
Prizes can be claimed by the prize winner presenting their winning confirmation e-mail between the hours of 10.00am and 9.00pm (10.00am to 7.00pm on public holidays) at Crown Gifts Store, located inside Crown Entertainment Complex (Level 1, 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank, VIC, 3006).
If a prize winner is unable to claim the prize in person, they can follow the steps in their confirmation e-mail to arrange delivery of the prize.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL PATRONS:
Prize winners will be notified in writing by e-mail.
Prizes (including any part thereof) are strictly not negotiable, transferable or redeemable for cash, or other goods and services.
Subject to the prize listed at clauses 17 e), the prize will be awarded in the form of a Helloworld travel voucher. Voucher only valid for up to prize amount won. Fare conditions for travel may apply. Travel and accommodation must be completed twelve (12) months from the winning date and can only be redeemed through HelloWorld Rowville. Holidays must be booked at least one (1) month in advance and are subject to availability and exclude special event periods, blackout periods and public holidays. No responsibility will be accepted by Crown or HelloWorld for any flight delays, change of schedule, change of accommodation arrangements or any expenses incurred due to the above. All meals, beverages, tours, visa costs, tips, transfers and any other extras not stated in the prize descriptions above are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Where a prize winner (including his or her travel companion) is not able to redeem any prize (or part thereof) due to physical inability or incapacity, poor weather or any other circumstances beyond Crown’s or the prize provider’s reasonable control, then that prize (or part thereof) will be forfeited and is not redeemable for cash, or any other prize, goods or services.
Third party terms and conditions (such as those of individual prize providers) may apply in relation to the receipt of a prize.
In the event that a prize cannot be redeemed at the specified time due to unforeseen circumstances outside Crown’s reasonable control, the prize redemption will take place as soon as is practicable after the delay has been resolved.
If a prize is unavailable for any reason at the time of redemption, Crown will instead award the winner a similar prize of equivalent value (as determined by Crown).
Details of the prize winners valued over $1,000 will be published on Crown’s website (crownmelbourne.com.au) on Monday 12 February 2018 for twenty-eight (28) days.
Crown reserves the right and license to use a selected Participant’s name, suburb, photograph, image and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising Crown and the Crown Entertainment Complex.
Crown will handle Participants’ personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Crown’s privacy policy which is available at
http://www.crownmelbourne.com.au/general/privacy-policy.
Subject to clauses 9, 20 - 22, 29, 30 and 31, Participant’s personal information obtained in relation to this Competition is for the sole use of identifying Participants and winners of the Competition and will not be disclosed to any other organisations outside of the Competition, unless such disclosure is required by law.
Crown shall not be liable in any way if entries are unavailable as a result of technical malfunction or operator fault.
In the event of a printing error and/or other quality control matters relating to the Unique Entry Cards, Crown will honour payment of prizes.
Subject to law, Crown (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prizes). This clause does not apply to the extent that Crown’s liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of Crown in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to a prize winner in the ordinary course of Crown’s business.
Crown may cancel or modify the Competition, but will only do so if this is unavoidable (for example, if the Competition cannot run for technical or administrative reasons that cannot be rectified). Crown will update these Terms and Conditions as soon as is practicable if this occurs. If the Competition is cancelled, Crown may select the winner(s) from eligible entries received at the time of cancellation, if appropriate to do so in the circumstances.
This Competition including the redemption of an instant prize is only available to Participants aged eighteen (18) years and over.
This Competition is not open to Participants or other persons excluded from the casino pursuant to the provisions of the Casino Control Act 1991 (Vic) or who are otherwise prohibited from entering the Crown Entertainment Complex for any reason, including persons who become prohibited before or after a prize redemption, if applicable (up to the time of receipt or collection of a prize by a prize winner).
Crown’s decision in connection with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on every Participant.
Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification of any Participant.
Disqualification will be at Crown’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
Employees of the Crown Group of Companies, Crown Resorts, Crown Melbourne, Crown Perth, CrownBet and Betfair are not permitted to participate in this Competition.
Crown practises the responsible service of alcohol.
