Information on how to enter forms part of these Conditions. By entering this Competition, entrants are
deemed to accept these Conditions. If entrants do not accept these Conditions, they are advised to contact
the Promoter to withdraw from this Competition.
1) Conditions of entry
Entry into this Competition is open to residents of Australia. Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the
consent of their parent or guardian to enter this Competition. Employees and their families and contractors of
the Promoter and Just Group Ltd and its related companies are not eligible to enter this Competition.
2) How to enter
Entrants who join the Peter Alexander ‘Sweet Dreams’ Mailing List (Sweet Dreams Mailing List) between
9:00am (AEDST) Monday 8 January and 11.59pm (AEDST) Sunday 28 January 2018 using a valid email address
will be automatically entered in this Competition. Entrants may sign up to the Sweet Dreams Mailing List in
store or at peteralexander.com.au (the Peter Alexander Website). No responsibility is accepted for any
registrations that are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or not received by the Promoter by 11.59pm (AEDST)
Sunday 28 January 2018. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3) Prizes and prize conditions
There will be 5 winners as selected by the Promoter in accordance with clause 4 below. Each winner will
receive 1 x Sleepwear product prize pack, which comprises of a Pyjama Top x 1, Pyjama Short or Pant x 1, Pair
of Slippers x 1, Eye Mask x 1. Each prize pack is valued at AUD $151.80. The total prize pool is AUD $759, which
is correct at the time of printing. Prizes must be taken as offered, are not transferable and cannot be
exchanged for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of any prize. If any
prize element is out of stock at the time of redemption, the Promoter may substitute the prize with another of
equal or greater value. Any operating, repair or ancillary costs associated with redeeming a prize is the sole
responsibility of the winner. If a prize winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their
parent or guardian.
4) Selection of prize winners
The first five entries randomly drawn by the Promoter at 11:00am (AEDST) on 2 February 2018 at 658 Church
Street, Richmond, Victoria will be declared to be the winners. The Promoter’s decision regarding prize winners
is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
5) Notification of prize winners and distribution of prizes
Prize winners will be notified by email on 2 February 2018. If a prize winner selected by the Promoter is
ineligible to receive a prize, forfeits the prize, does not provide their mailing address on request or cannot be
contacted by the Promoter by 2 April 2018, the Promoter may select a new winner in its discretion, subject to
any written directions issued by any regulatory authority.
6) Ineligible entries
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify from the Competition any entrant who the Promoter has reason
to believe has breached these Conditions, engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct.
7) Limitation of Liability
The Promoter and its agencies associated with this Competition shall not be liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or for any
personal injury or property damage) in connection with this Competition, except for any liability which cannot
be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release the Promoter and its agencies
associated with this Competition from any all or any claims that may arise in connection with this Competition.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any technical error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay,
loss or damage in the operation of the Peter Alexander Website and/or participation in the Competition. If for
any reason the Competition is not capable of being run as planned, due to causes beyond the reasonable
control of the Promoter, the Promoter may modify, suspend, terminate or recommence the Competition,
subject to the approval of any regulatory authority.
Promotional Activities and Privacy
At the request of the Promoter, entrants and (if entrants are aged under 18 years), their guardians agree
(without charge) to participate in any promotional activities planned by the Promoter and consent to their
name being used in the Promoter’s marketing materials. By participating in this Competition, entrants consent
to the use of their personal information as set out in this clause. The Promoter may collect and use personal
information submitted with each entry for the purpose of running the Competition, contacting winners, and
sending prizes. Personal information may be provided to third party organisations that assist in maintaining
the Peter Alexander Website and/or running the Competition. If entrants do not provide the required
personal information they will not be eligible to participate in the Competition.
9) Applicable law
These Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and entrants submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Victorian courts in relation to any disputes arising under these Conditions.
