1. WHO MAY ENTER The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are Australian residents over 18 years of age who hold a WFI client number at 1 April 2017.
Employees, contractors or immediate family members of Insurance Australia Group Limited or its related bodies corporate are ineligible to enter the competition. “Immediate family” means spouse, defacto, parent, natural or adopted child and sibling whether or not they live in the same household as the employee.
2. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY All persons who have a WFI client number at 1 April 2017 and who renew an insurance policy with WFI, excluding a WFI Early Bird Crop policy by 31 March 2018, and have paid their premium (or first instalment if an instalment policy) will be automatically entered into the draw.
3. DURATION Promotion commences at 00:00 WST on 1 April 2017 and closes at 23:59 WST on 31 March 2018.
4. PRIZE The prize consists of a chance to win one Toyota Rav 4 AWD 2.5L Petrol Automatic 5 Door including on road costs, dealer delivery, metallic paint and a comprehensive WFI Motor Vehicle insurance policy for 12 months commencing from the date of delivery of the vehicle. The total prize pool is valued at $37,620.03 including GST. The prize, including any unused portion, must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
5. SELECTION OF WINNERS The winner will be determined by chance as they will be selected at random from a barrel draw. The draw will be conducted at 10:00 hrs WST on 11 April 2018 at WFI, 46 Colin St, West Perth WA 6005. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS Winners will be contacted by phone within two business days of the draw and also advised in writing within seven business days of the draw. The winners name will be published in the public notices section of ‘The Australian’ newspaper and on
www.wfi.com.au on 23 April 2018.
7. UNCLAIMED PRIZES Where a prize remains unclaimed WFI will conduct a redraw at 10:00 hrs WST on 2 July 2018 at WFI, 46 Colin St, West Perth WA 6005. Winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted by phone within two business days of the draw and also advised in writing within seven business days of the draw. The winners name will be published in the public notices section of ‘The Australian’ newspaper and on
www.wfi.com.au on 16 July 2018.
8. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES Entries received after the closing date of 31 March 2018 will not be considered. All entries become the property of WFI, 46 Colin St, West Perth WA 6005.
9. NO QUALITY REPRESENTATIONS The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality or suitability of any goods and services offered as prizes.
