The Promotion is valid at the following seven (7) participating properties: The Orleans Hotel and Casino, Gold Coast Hotel and Casino, Suncoast Hotel and Casino, Sam’s Town Hotel, Gambling Hall and Bowling Center, Fremont Hotel and Casino, Main Street Station Hotel, Casino and Brewery and California Hotel and Casino from March 10, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. through 11:59 p.m. on January 22, 2018.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

Both the Winner and his or her Guest must be at least age 21 years or older and must possess a valid non-expired picture identification (driver’s license, state identification card, or military identification card). If Winner is not a U.S. citizen, a current passport, consular identification or alien registration card is required. The Winner and Guest must sign and return a Winner/Guest Acknowledgement and Release form within seven (7) days of prize notification. Prizes are not transferrable, no substitutions and no cash out option available. The Winner will forfeit their prize if they do not return the Winner/Guest Acknowledgement and Release form by the deadline stated in these rules. Winner (and Guest if Winner’s airfare cost is less than the maximum reimbursement of $250) must submit original receipts to the Main Cage at participating property to receive airfare reimbursement, which reimbursement shall not exceed an aggregate total of $250.
A representative from Boyd Gaming will notify the prize Winner by January 26, 2018 by telephone at the number provided on the winner’s entry form. If the winner is unreachable at that time, a Boyd representative will leave a voicemail. A second attempt will be made to contact the winner by e-mail.
The Winner will forfeit his or her prize if he or she does not return the telephone message or email and Winner Acknowledgement and Release form within seven (7) days of the first prize notification.
The Slot Dollars and dining credit will be loaded onto the winner’s B Connected account at the participating property winner has chosen to stay. If the Winner does not have a B Connected account, they must sign up upon arrival at the B Connected club in order to receive the Slot Dollars and dining credit. Winner must use all of the Slot Dollars during their stay during the NASCAR March 2018 dates. Any unused portion of the prize will expire at 11:59 p.m. the night the Winner checks out.
No substitution or transfer of Grand Prize by Winner permitted.
Boyd may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of promotional rules or misconduct, whether or not related to this promotion.
Individuals who have entered any government agency self-exclusion program, or have been otherwise excluded from casinos by a government agency or Boyd Gaming or one its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
By participating in this Promotion, Winner and Guest agree to the rules.
By accepting the Grand Prize, Winner and his or her Guest accept the inherently dangerous nature and risk in attending NASCAR events, including personal injury and/or death; acknowledges that his/her participation in the prize event is voluntary; acknowledges that there are natural factors and occurrences which may impact on or affect the safety of the activities he or she is participating in; and he or she assumes the risk of such factors and occurrences and agrees to release and to hold harmless Boyd Gaming Corporation, all participating properties, their licensees, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability from any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and to property arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, the use or misuse of the prize or participation in this contest. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Winners must give consent to use their name and image for promotional purposes as outlined in the Winner’s Release form.
The Winner and their Guest are not eligible if either one of them are employees of Boyd Gaming, any of the participating properties or their Promotional Participants NASCAR® or Las Vegas Motor Speedway and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies involved in this promotion and their immediate family members. Immediate family is defined as: mother, father, spouse, children, sister, brother, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, step-parents, step-children, grandmother, grandfather, grandchildren and any relative or other person residing in the employee’s place of residence.
Winner understands that he or she will not receive any other compensation from the Boyd Gaming or Las Vegas Motor Speedway, other than the Grand Prize. Winner agrees and acknowledges that in the event that any of the race events or air or ground transportation becomes delayed or cancelled for any reason or Winner and/or Guest is unable to travel to Las Vegas or attend the race for any reason, Winner will not receive any other compensation. In the event the race is delayed outside of the promotional package dates, the Winner will be provided with new race tickets but all other portions of the Grand Prize will not be extended and the Winner must be able to provide his or her own transportation and lodging to attend the race on the newly specified race date. Race portions of the prize will be voided if race is canceled.
Additional bonus entries may be awarded through other marketing programs such as, but not limited to, Direct Mail, Email, Text or B Connected Online.

Winners are responsible for any and all taxes and other fees. Winners with cumulative winnings of $600 or more will receive a 1099 tax form.
Boyd is not responsible for (a) electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in an inability to participate or other loss, (b) theft or destruction of, or unauthorized access to, or alterations of, entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, (c) lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Boyd, users, or by any of the equipment or programing associated with or utilized in the Promotion, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.
If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Boyd which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Boyd reserves the right, in its sole discretion without notice, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or manipulate any program or equipment to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Boyd reserves the right to seek recourse against any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules shall be resolved by the property’s management in a manner that is fair to all parties. If the patron is not satisfied with management’s decision, he or she may exercise their rights under NRS 463.361 et eq. and request the Nevada Gaming Control Board to review the matter.
Entries will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
