Terms and Conditions:
1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over from Victoria only and excludes any employees connected with the administration of the competition. The Promoter is lenzo.com.au (ABN 81 603 160 943) in association with Posy Robes (ABN 43 998 452 993), Emelia Jackson Cake Designs (ABN 81 352 056 132), Yellowglen (ABN 55 004 094 599 ) and Party Themes Co (ABN 34 614 258 196)
3.One entry per person. Entrants found submitting multiple or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants and withhold the prize for violating any of these terms and conditions.
4.Entries must include all requested contact details to be eligible to win including mobile phone contact number, post code and email address.
5.Entrants must live within in Australia.
6.Entries must be received by the promoter before the competition close date and time.
7.The Promoter does not take responsibility for late or lost entries.
8.The competition opens 1/2/18 at 10am AEST and closes on 13/2/18 at 22:00 AEST. The Promoter may select additional entries to be used as replacements in the event the winner cannot satisfy these terms and conditions or claim the prize.
9.The competition will be drawn at 12:00 AEST on the 14/2/18 and the winner will be notified through an email from
hello@lenzo.com.au and through an Instagram post on the account @partywithlenzo at 14:30pm AEST the same day (14/2/18).

11.The winner will be notified as to how to claim the prizes.
12.The winner is responsible for ensuring they accept the prize in full and in accordance with these terms and conditions. If The Promoter is unable to contact the winner or if the winner is unable to claim the prize, that winner will forfeit the prize and it shall be awarded to the next valid entry and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
13.Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation.
14.Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all other expenses including the use of prize on offer, is the responsibility of the winner and no further correspondence will be entered into.
15.The Promoter reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions if this competition cannot be run as originally planned.
16.The Promoter will disqualify any individual who has tampered with or is suspected of tampering with the entry process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Promoter will not be liable for any technical malfunctions or any consequential loss related to or arising from the participation of this competition.
All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of The Promoter who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received in any forum or social media worldwide.
