1. The promoters of the CMC Rocks QLD 2018 Competition (the “Competition”) is Ipswich City Council of 45 Roderick Street, Ipswich, Queensland.
2. The Competition opens at 12:00pm Friday 23 February 2018 and closes at 10:00am Monday 12 March 2018 ("Competition Period"). Any entry received outside of the Competition Period will be deemed invalid. The Promoters do not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
3. All Competition entries must subscribe to receive Ipswich City Council’s Discover Ipswich eNewsletters.
4. The winner of the Competition will receive two 3-day festival tickets to CMC Rocks QLD 2018 (valued at $598), daily VIP bar entry and a meet and greet with Dustin Lynch.
This prize does not include travel to and from CMC Rocks QLD 2018 or accommodation.5. The prize will be drawn randomly at 11am on Monday 12 March 2018 and one winner will be notified via the phone number and/or email address supplied during entry.
6. Prizes are not redeemable, and/or exchangeable for compensation in cash or kind.
7. The Competition may be cancelled without notice.
8. Entry to the competition is open to all individuals 18 years of age or older. Companies and organisations are ineligible for entry to the Competition.
9. The results of the Competition will not be published.

16. IpswichCityCounciliscollectingyourpersonalinformationsothatwecanadministerandjudgeyourEntryinthe CMC Rocks QLD 2018 Competition. We will not disclose your personal information outside of Council unless we are required by law or you have given your consent. However, to enable the Council to administer, judge and promote the Competition your personal information may be recorded and/or disclosed; for instance your name may be disclosed in a publication or at an event for the purpose of giving notice of Competition winners/entrants. Personal information may be used to contact entrants for the promotion of Council events and programs. By entering the Competition, each entrant will be considered to have given consent for Council to manage your personal information in the manner described in Council’s Privacy Statement, Personal Information Digest and this collection notice.
