a) Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants must be able to attend the event on the below dates:
WA Entrants: Friday 18th May 2018 from 7.30pm
SA Entrants: Saturday 19th May 2018 from 7.30pm VIC Entrants: Friday 25th May 2018 from 6.30pm QLD Entrants: Friday 1st June 2018 from 7.30pm NSW Entrants: Saturday 9th June 2018 from 7.30pm Entrants unavailable to attend will forfeit their entry.
During the Competition Period:
(a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit
the Station Website and complete the online entry form including by providing their contact details and by telling us in 25 words or less, which of the APIA Artists from this year’s line-up they’re looking forward to seeing and why, within the time period specified.
(b) each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the entry it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified.
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however an Entrant may only win one (1) prize. Each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and contain a different answer to the 25 words or less question: ‘Which of the APIA Artists from this year’s line-up they’re looking forward to seeing and why?’Each valid entry will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on, among other things, creativity and uniqueness.
New South Wales Winners:
There are up to five (5) Prizes to be won for Entrants with a registered address in New South Wales, as follows:
• Two (2) tickets to attend the APIA Good Times Tour 2018 on Saturday 9th June 2018 at the Enmore Theatre in Sydney
Queensland Winners:
There are up to five (5) Prizes to be won for Entrants with a registered address in Queensland, as follows:
• Two (2) tickets to attend the APIA Good Times Tour 2018 on Friday 1st June 2018 at QPAC Concert Hall in Brisbane
South Australia Winners:
There are up to five (5) Prizes to be won for Entrants with a registered address in South Australia, as follows:
• Two (2) tickets to attend the APIA Good Times Tour 2018 on Saturday 19th May 2018 at Thebarton Theatre in Adelaide
Victoria Winners:
There are up to five (5) Prizes to be won for Entrants with a registered address in Victoria, as follows:

Prize must be claimed by 11.59pm AEDST Saturday 31st March 2018.
A station representative will contact winners who will have the option to either give consent to have their tickets mailed to their preferred postal address at their own risk, OR they can elect to collect the tickets from their local station office when the tickets are available for collection.
a) The Promoter is not responsible for changes to dates, times or cancellation of events. No substitute Prize will be provided in the instance where there are changes to dates, times or cancellation of events.
b) For the avoidance of doubt, travel or accommodation are not included in the Prize and any travel or accommodation needed to take the Prize will be at the Prize Winner’s expense.
c) By entering this Competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter and Entertainment One a perpetual, nonexclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials for the purposes of conducting the Competition and for marketing and promotional purposes.
d) Prizes may not be resold or offered for resale (including via online auction or other resale sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a Prize is sold or used in breach of this condition, the Prize may be cancelled without a refund and the ticketholder of the ticket may be refused admission.
e) Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
