My DNA Life Australia is running a
My DNA Life Australia is running a competition with a chance to win one of fifty Personalised Diet DNA Tests for Australian residents. The competition shall be on the following terms and conditions which, by participating, all participants acknowledge that they understand and agree to:
1. The promotion being 03 March 2018 to 31 March 2018 (‘Promotional Period’).
2. The region of the competition is Australia and is open to all eligible prospects located in this area.
3. To enter, participants must complete the form by providing name and email (‘Entry’).
4. The winner is to be drawn on 2 April 2018.
5. The draw will involve one entry being selected at random by the Digital Production Manager, at Level 15.01, 9 Yarra Street, Melbourne (‘Draw’).
6. Elliott Coyne (My DNA Life Marketing Manager) will oversee the Draw and ensure it is conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. Only the Winner of the Prize will be notified by email within 72 hours of the Draw.
8. The Winner of each Prize will have their Prize delivered to their nominated address as supplied via email when acknowledging that they have won the prize.
9. If the Winner of the Prize does not claim the prize within 1 week from notification by acknowledging such win, My DNA Life Australia reserves the right to terminate the competition.
10. Multiple entries from the same entrant will be treated as one entry and shall be valid only between times during the Promotional Period.
11. In the event of a dispute involving any aspect of this competition, My DNA Life will make a decision which will be final and binding.
