1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
2. This promotion excludes Woolworth’s Petrol.
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 15 years or over. Entrants
under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further,
the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and
Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into
a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this
promotion.
4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Woolworths
Limited, eftpos® Payments Australia Limited, Integer Australia, Prime Focus
and any other agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto
spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-
parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother,
sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
5. Promotion commences at 09:00am AEDT on 07/03/2018 and final entries
close at 5:00pm AEDT on 28/03/2018 (“Promotional Period”).
6. To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any two (2) Wrigley
EXTRA® chewing gum products, in a single transaction, from any Woolworths
supermarket or Woolworths Online Shop (excluding Woolworths Petrol),
nationally, during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Purchase”).
7. To enter, individuals must then undertake the following steps during the
Promotional Period:

• Input the requested details including a valid email address, their name,
their State or Territory of residence and mobile phone number and then
when prompted, upload a copy of their purchase receipt clearly
showing the details of their Eligible Purchase;;
• Enter the last four (4) digits of each barcode of the EXTRA® chewing
gum products purchased;;
• Check the boxes confirming that the entrant:
a) Is an Australian resident aged 15 years or over and that neither
themselves or their family members are an employee of the
Promoter, Woolworths Limited, eftpos Payments Australia Limited,
Integer Australia or Prime Focus;;

b) Agrees to these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy
Policy.
c) Agrees that: they have only entered (or will only enter) a maximum
of two (2) entries (purchasing two packets of EXTRA® equals one
entry) from the purchase receipt which they have used to submit
this entry;; and to keep their receipt and accept that the photo of
their receipt needs to clearly show the retailer logo, date of
purchase, and the line items for the purchase of the two (2)
EXTRA® packs;;
• Enter the security Captcha;; and
• Submit the fully completed entry form.
Each entrant will be notified instantly online whether or not they are a
provisional instant winner (“Provisional Instant Winner”). All valid non-winning
entries received will be automatically placed in to the unclaimed prize draw.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries
and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the
Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and
Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or
other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of
the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's
discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage
does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to
recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
9. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

Entrants found to have submitted fraudulent entries including, without
limitation, by way of multiple email addresses and/or IP addresses and/or
multiple residence addresses of close similarity and/or multiple names of
close similarity will be deemed invalid.
11. Limit of ten (10) prizes are permitted per household (excluding SA residents).

12. Entrants must retain a copy of their Woolworths purchase receipt(s) for all
entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all
entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result
in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a
prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the Woolworth’s supermarket
of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period
but prior to entry.
13. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
14. There will be one hundred (100) $25 eftpos® gift card (prize/s) available to be
won each day of the Promotional Period between 09:00am AEDT on
07/03/2018 and 05:00pm AEDT on 28/03/2018. There will be a total of two
thousand two hundred (2,200)prizes. The Promoter will use a computer
drawing system to randomly determine one hundred (100) times each day
during the Promotional Period (each a “Winning Time”). The first valid entry,
received on or after each Winning Time each day, will be a Provisional Instant
Winner of a prize. If a prize for a particular day is not won (i.e. there are not
enough entries received on that day after the Winning Times), the un-won
prizes for that day will be allocated to the unclaimed prize draw.
15. In the event any Provisional Instant Winners are from ACT, their names will
be published online at
www.wrigleyextra.com.au commencing on 07/03/2018
and will remain online until 30/03/2018. Provisional Instant Winners will only
be confirmed as validated winners upon verification of their entry. If a
Provisional Instant Winner is found not to be an eligible entrant, or their entry
is deemed invalid under these conditions, the prize will be awarded in the
unclaimed prize draw.
16. Instant Prizes: Each prize is a $25 eftpos® gift card. After being notified as an
instant provisional winner, instant provisional winners will be contacted in
order to validate their entry prior to being confirmed as a winner and then
receiving their prize.
17. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming an eftpos® gift card are not
included. Any unused balance of an eftpos® gift card will not be awarded as
cash. Redemption of an eftpos® gift card is subject to any terms and
conditions of the issuer including those specified on the eftpos® gift card.
eftpos® gift cards will be valid for 12 months from the date of activation and all
details relating to the activation and use of the eftpos® gift card will be sent to
the winner.
19. If a winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to
the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.

20. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does
not take or redeem a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the
prize will be forfeited.
21. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to
substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject
to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
22. Total prize pool value is $55,000. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are
not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless
otherwise specified.
23. Any prizes that are not claimed by 11:59pm AEST on 28/06/2018 will be
included in an unclaimed prize draw that will take place on 29/06/2018 at
11:00am AEST at Prime Focus Enterprises Pty Ltd of Level 1, 500 Chapel
Street, South Yarra, VIC 3141, subject to any directions from a regulatory
authority. Winners (if any) will be notified in writing within two (2) business
days of the draw. Winners will be deemed provisional winners until verified by
the Promoter. In the event any provisional winners are from ACT, their names

24. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or
voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or
recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without
remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any
outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or
supplied by the Promoter.
25. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being
conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the
reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical
difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right,
in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any
entrant;; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to
modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
26. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s
responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use
of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means
that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will
render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
27. Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless
otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all
prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Any
instant win prizes that are part of the advertised total prize pool, that remain
un-won, will be awarded in the unclaimed prize draw. Online Instant win game
materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.

28. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or
purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as
provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other
implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in
the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except
for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable
Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and
agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury;; or
any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity);; whether direct, indirect,
special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
29. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-
Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers,
employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability
(including negligence), for any personal injury;; or any loss or damage
(including loss of opportunity);; whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or
equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);; (b) any
theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;; (c) any entry or prize
claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after
their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable
control of the Promoter;; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these
Terms and Conditions;; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;; or
(f) use of a prize.
30. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the
promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties,
including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize
suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is
conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as
set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at
http://www.mars.com/global/policies/privacy/pp-australia-en.aspx. The Privacy
Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access,
update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the
Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those
complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the
Promoter. The Promoter may disclose personal information to entities outside
of Australia, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy for details. For the removal of
doubt, the Promoter will only use PI as set out above and in accordance with
