Spanline Summer Promotion – Major Prize (AU$2500 Gift Voucher)
1st January 2018 to 5th May 2018
1. The promotional period will commence 9am AEDT on the 1st January 2018 and will end at 5pm
AEDT on the 31st March 2018. The promoter, Spanline Weatherstrong Building Systems Pty Ltd t/as
Spanline Australia (ABN 99 002 968 087), reserves the right to withdraw OR extend the promotion at
any time during the promotional period after consultation with the relevant legislative authorities.
2. The promotion is the opportunity to enter a draw to win one of:
- two (2) Harvey Norman Gift Vouchers, to the value of two thousand five hundred dollars
(AU$2500). The Harvey Norman Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable for
cash.
3. The winners will be drawn at the premises of Spanline Australia, Corner Banksia Drive & Boronia
Place, Byron Bay NSW 2481 on 4th May 2018.
4. The promotion is available for clients who order a Spanline product (including but not limited to
Spanline patios, verandahs, windows, walling, decks, roofs, carports, shelters, glass and screen
enclosures and Spanlites®) between 1st January 2018 and 31st March 2018. Once a deposit is paid and
an entry form is completed, the client will automatically go in the draw for the Harvey Norman Gift
Vouchers.
5. Clients who may have executed orders prior to the commencement date of the promotion, or who
execute orders after the end date of the promotion, are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
6. This promotion is not available to Spanline Franchise or Franchisor employees, sub-contractors or
suppliers and their immediate families and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Spanline
Franchise or Franchisor promotion.
7. Spanline Franchise or Franchisor gives no warranties other than those provided for in the
Spanline warranty terms and conditions.
8. Photographs and illustrations used in the promotional material are indicative only and may show
items which are not included in this promotion.
9. Entries will only be included on correctly completed, valid entry forms and only one entry is
allowed per household.
10. Completed entry forms must be received by Spanline Australia, PO Box 1006, Byron Bay, NSW
2481, from the franchisee by COB 20th April 2018.
11. Draws will take place at 10am AEST on Friday 4th May 2018 on the premises of Spanline Australia,
Corner Banksia Drive & Boronia Place, Byron Bay NSW 2481. Entries will be drawn by state. In each
case of multiple prizes for a state a number of entries will be drawn that matches the number of
prizes available for that state. These entries will be declared the winners of a prize per entry drawn
and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Winner(s) will be notified via a phone call and/or email on draw date. Winner(s) will also be
published on the Spanline Australia public website on 4th May 2018.
13. In the event of a re-draw, the draw will take place on 9th August 2018 at 10:00am (AEST) on the
premises of Spanline Australia, Corner Banksia Drive & Boronia Place, Byron Bay NSW, 2481.
14. All entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
15. Notwithstanding any rights that may be inferred by statute, any decision by Spanline Australia in
relation to any disputed aspect of this promotion will be final and binding on the client.

on 20th April 2018.
4. The promotion is available for clients who receive a formal quote for a Spanline product (including
but not limited to Spanline patios, verandahs, windows, walling, decks, roofs, carports, shelters, glass
and screen enclosures and Spanlites®) between 1st January 2018 and 31st March 2018. Once a
completed quote is delivered to the client, the client will be given an entry form to completed to go in
the draw for the Harvey Norman Gift Vouchers.

20th April 2018 on the premises of Spanline Australia, Corner Banksia Drive & Boronia Place, Byron
Bay NSW 2481.
