How to enter:
(a) complete an Eligible Shop from any Participating Store;
(b) scan their Card in-store at the checkout or input their Card number at the relevant online checkout prior to finalising the transaction; and
(c) ensure their Woolworths Rewards account details are up to date with their current Australian home address and state / territory to be eligible for the Major Prize draw in their state / territory and Minor Prize draws.
There will be ten (10) Major Prizes. Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the Major Prize Draw Table below (see paragraph 13). Each Major Prize consists of a year’s worth of groceries (valued at $7,800) at a Woolworths supermarket (excluding Tasmania) or Woolworths Online. The total Major Prize pool value is $78,000.00.
There will also be five hundred (500) Minor Prizes awarded during the Promotional Period. Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the Minor Prize Draw Table below (see paragraph 15).
The Minor Prizes include: 20,000 Woolworths Rewards points, valued at $100; Big W Gift Card, valued at $100; Caltex Woolworths Petrol Gift Card, valued at $100; and a BWS Voucher, valued at $30. The total Minor Prize pool value is $29,000.00.
Please note entry frequency and non-rollover details: limit of eight (
entries per day applies. In addition, each valid entry on a given day during the Promotion Period will also be entered into the Minor Prize draw for that week only (as per the prize draw table below) - the entry will not roll over into other Minor Prize draws.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:The Shop with Woolworths Rewards Easter Promotion (the “Promotion”) is a promotion conducted under the Other Benefits component of the Woolworths Rewards Program, as set out in the Woolworths Rewards Terms and Conditions.
KEY TERMS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid. Entries not complying with these Terms & Conditions are ineligible and the Promoter reserves its absolute right to disqualify any Registered Cardholder from the Promotion.

Details
Card
means a Woolworths Rewards card issued by the Promoter as part of the Woolworths Rewards Program, whether in a plastic, electronic (virtual) or other form. Only Registered Cardholders are eligible to enter. Temporary Card holders are not eligible to enter or win prizes under this Promotion.
Eligible Shop
In relation to Woolworths, BWS and Caltex Woolworths Fuel means a total single transaction made for store purchases excluding smoking/tobacco products and accessories, gift cards (including iTunes), mobile recharge, Woolworths Mobile phone plans, travel cards and tickets, delivery charges, internet cafes, online purchases at
www.woolworthsflowers.com.au, Carpet Care products, lottery products, Pre-order Kiosks, Auto-order products and purchases using a Caltex StarCard.
In relation to Big W means a total single transaction made for store purchases excluding gift cards (including iTunes), travel cards and tickets, mobile recharge, BIG W Optical, BIG W Photos, BIG W Ebay purchases, existing and new lay-bys.
Major Prize
means the major prize defined in clause 9 of these Terms and Conditions.
Participating Stores
means any Woolworths supermarket and Woolworths Metro across Australia (excluding Tasmania), BWS, BIG W (excluding Tasmania) selected Caltex Woolworths Fuel Outlets (excluding Star Mart and Star Shop) promoting the Woolworths Rewards program, the Woolworths Online store

Promoter
means Woolworths Group Limited ABN 88 000 014 675 of 1 Woolworths Way, Bella Vista NSW 2153.
Promotion
means the Shop with Woolworths Rewards Easter Promotion governed by these Terms & Conditions and conducted as a promotion under the Other Benefits component of the Woolworths Rewards Program.
Promotional Period
means 00.01am AEST on 14 March 2018 until 23.59pm AEDT 3 April 2018.
Registered Cardholder
means a cardholder of a Card and all mandatory cardholder information (including cardholder’s legal name) which has been correctly completed in the Woolworths Rewards database.
Woolworths Rewards Terms and Conditions
means the terms and conditions governing the Woolworths Rewards Program available at woolworthsrewards.com.au.
Entry Requirements
3. Entry is open to Registered Cardholders who are 18 years of age or older and a resident of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the agency conducting the draws - Engage Australia, are ineligible to enter. Employees of the Promoter directly involved in the Promotion and their immediate families are also ineligible to enter.
4. In order to be eligible to win a Major or Minor Prize, you must be a Registered Cardholder on the date on which the winners are drawn.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, holders of temporary Woolworths Rewards cards are not eligible to enter or win prizes, as temporary Woolworths Rewards cards are not Registered cards.
How to Enter
6. To enter, each entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) complete an Eligible Shop from any Participating Store;
(b) scan their Card in-store at the checkout or input their Card number at the relevant online checkout prior to finalising the transaction; and
(c) ensure their Woolworths Rewards account details are up to date with their current Australian home address and state / territory to be eligible for the Major Prize draw in their state / territory and Minor Prize draws.
7. Registered Cardholders with a registered, current, Australian home address and state or territory in their Woolworths Rewards account details, will receive one (1) entry, into the respective state / territory Major Prize draw where their home address is located, for every Eligible Shop during the Promotional Period. A limit of eight (
entries per day applies. In addition, each valid entry on a given day during the Promotion Period will also be entered into the Minor Prize draw for that week only (as per the prize draw table below) - the entry will not roll over into other Minor Prize draws.
8. Only one (1) prize will be awarded per household across the Major Prize draws, and only one (1) prize awarded per household across the Minor Prize draws conducted during each draw date, during the Promotional Period (excluding South Australian residents, who are eligible to win a Major Prize for each valid entry). For the avoidance of doubt, entrants are eligible to win both a Minor Prize and a Major Prize.
Prizes

11. All prize values are correct as at 7 March 2018 and are in Australian dollars, but to the extent permitted by law, no responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for any variation in the value of the prize after that time.
12. The total promotion prize pool value of the Promotion is $107,000.00.
Prize Draws
13. The Major Prize winners will be determined by an automated random draw of all valid entries. The Major Prize winners will be drawn at 12:00 noon AEST on Wednesday, 11 April 2018, at Engage Australia, Level 8, 56 Clarence Street, Sydney, NSW 2000. There will be six (6) separate draws:
- Major Prize Draw Number 1 - one combined draw for New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory (NSW / ACT) - the first three (3) valid entries drawn will each receive a Major Prize.
- Major Prize Draw Number 2 - one draw for Queensland (QLD) - the first two (2) valid entries drawn will each receive a Major Prize.
- Major Prize Draw Number 3 - one draw for Victoria (VIC) - the first two (2) valid entries drawn will each receive a Major Prize.
- Major Prize Draw Number 4 - one draw for South Australia (SA) - the first one (1) valid entry drawn will receive a Major Prize.
- Major Prize Draw Number 5 - one draw for Western Australia (WA) - the first one (1) valid entry drawn will receive a Major Prize.
- Major Prize Draw Number 6 - one draw for Northern Territory (NT) - the first one (1) valid entry drawn will each receive a Major Prize.
Eligible entries from Registered Cardholders will be grouped into the respective Major Prize draws based on their registered, Australian home address and state / territory, as of the close of the competition 23:59pm AEST 3 April 2018. To remove any doubt, Registered Cardholders cannot be included in multiple major prize draws by shopping in multiple states / territories during the Promotional Period. A Registered Cardholder can only be eligible to participate in their current home state / territory’s Major Prize draw. A Registered Cardholder’s Eligible Shops across borders, in any of the states and territories of Australia, will count towards an entry / entries in their home state / territory’s Major Prize draw.

16. Minor Prize winners will be notified in writing by email within two (2) days of the relevant draw date. The names of the winners will be published on the Woolworths Rewards website at woolworthsrewards.com.au on the Publication Date listed in the table above.
Prize Fulfilment
17. Each prize will be awarded as follows:
(a) a year’s worth of groceries valued at $7,800 will be loaded in the form of equivalent Woolworths Rewards points onto the winner’s Card in two instalments. The first $3,900 worth of Woolworths Rewards Points will be loaded by Tuesday, 24 April 2018 and the second $3,900 worth of Woolworths Rewards Points will be loaded by Wednesday, 15 August 2018.
If the major prize winner in the Promotion has opted to convert their Woolworths Rewards points to Qantas Points, the prize will be fulfilled in WISH gift cards equating to $3,900 (39 x $100 gift cards) delivered to the member by Tuesday 24 April 2018 and a second set of WISH Gift cards equating to $3,900 (39 x $100 gift cards) delivered to the member by Wednesday, 15 August 2018. If the major prize winner has elected to Save for Christmas, the member must revert back to the Automatic Savings redemption option to be able to shop their groceries. All shops after the Promotional Period will continue to earn points, in accordance with Woolworths Rewards terms and conditions.
(b) 20,000 Woolworths Points will be loaded onto the winner’s Card within ten business days from the Draw Date.
(c) BIG W Gift Cards will be delivered to the winner at the Australian address registered on their Woolworths Rewards account within 28 days of the Draw Date. Big W Gift Cards have no expiry date from date of issue, unless otherwise notified by Woolworths or BIG W. Redeemable at participating stores only. Terms and conditions apply. (d) Caltex Woolworths Petrol Gift Cards will be delivered to the winner at the Australian address registered on their Woolworths Rewards account within 28 days of the Draw Date. (e) BWS vouchers will be paid out as a $30 BWS voucher loaded onto the winner’s Card within ten business from the Draw Date. The loaded voucher will need to be redeemed in one (1) BWS transaction. The minor prize cannot be redeemed as part of multiple shops less than $30. Residents of the Northern Territory are excluded from winning this prize.
18. In relation to the Minor Prize of 20,000 Woolworths Points, if a winner in the Promotion has opted to Save for Christmas, their Woolworths Rewards points will accrue until the Pay Out Date for Save for Christmas as outlined in the Woolworths Rewards Terms and Conditions. If a winner in the Promotion has opted to convert their Woolworths Rewards points to Qantas Points, their points will accrue until the next Pay Out Date for Qantas Points as outlined in the Woolworths Rewards Terms and Conditions. Second Chance Draw
19. If any prize is unclaimed within 3 months from the Draw Date, a Second Chance Draw will be held at 12:00 noon AEST on Thursday, 12 July 2018 at Engage Australia, Level 8, 56 Clarence Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes.
20. Winners will be notified in writing by email within two (2) days of the Second Chance Draw. The names of winners (and address of any Major Prize winners in SA) will be published in The Australian (for any unclaimed Major Prizes) and on the Woolworths Rewards website at woolworthsrewards.com.au on Thursday, 19 July 2018.
Further Details
21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the winning of the prizes. Independent financial advice should be sought.
22. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winners. If a winner does not claim their prize by the Second Chance Draw date, their entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter may conduct the Second Chance Draw, subject to relevant regulatory authority instructions.
23. If an entrant’s contact details change at any time between the date which they enter the Promotion and the Second Chance Draw date, that entrant must notify the Promoter of their correct contact details immediately.
24. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various authorities.
25. The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including, without limitation, that caused by any person's negligence) relating to the Promotion or the awarding or taking of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law). Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
26. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, theft or destruction, any cause beyond the Promoter’s control, or unauthorised access to or alteration of the promotion. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion. Further, the Promoter at its sole discretion may recommence this Promotion under the same conditions.
27. If in the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter is liable for a breach of any guarantee, warranty, condition or other term that applies under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or is implied by any other commonwealth, state or territory law that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter's liability under that legislation is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the cost of replacement of any benefit or prize won.
28. Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage, loss or delay in transit to the prize.
29. Before the prize is awarded, the winner and any other person(s) sharing the prize with the winner may be required to sign an agreement to release the Promoter from any liability arising from the use or participation in the prize.
30. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, is in breach of these conditions, provides entries that are offensive or otherwise inappropriate in the sole opinion of the Promoter, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion, or who has engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
31. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
32. The Promoter may use any personal information that a Registered Cardholder has provided to it for the purpose of running the Promotion, and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the Promotion. For purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter will only publish the winner’s surname, first initial and state of residence (and addresses of any winners in SA). By entering the Promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centres, advertising agencies and direct mail houses) which the Promoter engages for that purpose. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). A copy of the Promoter's privacy policy can be viewed at
www.woolworths.com.au. To request access to, or to update, personal information the Promoter holds about them, Cardholders can contact the Promoter in writing at

33. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into.
34. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
35. These conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and each of the relevant State authorities.
