http://www.recordstoreday.com.au/win1001. This Competition is being conducted by the Australian Music Retailers Association (99 061 924 758) as part of the Record Store Day Australia campaign.
2. The Competition commences at 1pm on Friday 16 March 2018 and closes at 12 noon on Friday 23 March 2018.
3. The Competition is open to entrants residing in Australia, aged 18 years and over. Proof of residency and age may be required. Employees of the promoter, and its agencies or suppliers associated with the competition, are ineligible to enter.
4. All eligible respondents who enter the competition will be eligible to win a:
$100 gift voucher from The Basement Discs
5. The Prize can be used at The Basement Discs, Melbourne and is not redeemable for cash. The full terms and conditions of the gift voucher apply. There may be extra charges associated with redemption of the Prize; the winner is liable for any additional charges. The voucher must be produced at the time of use. Failure to redeem the prize by the required date will result in full forfeiture of the prize.
6. Australian Music Retailers Association will not be liable for any any lost or theft of the gift voucher or unsatisfactory service received in redemption for the gift card. The winner of the gift voucher is responsible for the safe keeping of the gift voucher at all times. We do not take responsibility for items lost in transit.
7. Entrants get five extra points for every friend they refer (via the unique sharing code link that is provided at time of entry) that submits an entry.
8. Australian Music Retailers Association will draw a winner at random within 24hrs of the completion of the competition.
9. The Prize winner will be notified by email within two (2) days of the draw. The winner will be announced on the Record Store Day Australia website and via the Record Store Day Australia email newsletter.
10. In the event that the winner is not contactable (after Australian Music Retailers Association uses its best endeavours to contact the winner using the contact details provided by the winner to Australian Music Retailers Association), a second chance or unclaimed prize draw will take place a week after the original draw. The second chance or unclaimed prize draw winner will be notified within two (2) days of the second draw.
11. Any information collected or used by Australian Music Retailers Association for this competition will be used in compliance with the Australian Music Retailers Association's privacy policy and in any event in compliance with Australian privacy and confidentiality legislation including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
12. By entering into this competition, you are giving Australian Music Retailers Association permission to email you regarding Record Store Day Australia.
13. Australian Music Retailers Association’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
