Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a
separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each
in the Promotion.
8. Entry Method

During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in
the manner required on the Website and;
1) Select their favourite activity from the drop down menu. Selections include:
a. Swim with friendly giants, whale sharks
b. Snorkel with sea turtles, manta rays, colourful fish and neon coral
c. Relax on the beach at Turquoise Bay
2) Answer in 25 words or less the question; ”what you can’t wait to experience at Ningaloo
Reef?”

10. Judging
Clause 4
All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole
and absolute discretion) by 12:00pm AEST Wednesday 4 April 2018 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid
entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11. Judging Criteria
Clause 4
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and
suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on air game, the Promoter may specify
the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on air game.
12. Prize

Travel Prize:
The winner will be awarded one (1) travel prize for the winner and up to one (1) companion
(companion must be aged 18 years or older, to be determined by the prize winner and approved by
the Promoter in its discretion), valued at up to $5,540 (incl GST).
The Domestic Travel Prize comprises of the following components:
• two (2) adult economy return airfares from Sydney to Learmonth airport via Perth (inclusive of
airfare related taxes and charges);
• three (3) nights’ accommodation at ‘Mantarays Ningaloo Beach Resort’ in a superior room
• A voucher for a ‘Whale Shark Adventure Swim Tour’ for 2 adults and return seat in coach
transfers.
• $500 AUD spending money to be electronically transferred to the winner’s Australian bank
account.
13. Prize Restrictions

The Whale Shark Adventure Swim is not available for children aged 5 and under, and is seasonal,
departing daily from 15 March until 15 August.
To be eligible for the ‘Whale Shark Adventure Tour’, the prize must be redeemed prior to 15 August
2018.

Domestic Travel Prize:
The Promoter will provide the winner's details to the prize supplier to facilitate the delivery or pick-up of
the Prize.
$500 AUD spending money:
The Prize will be transferred to the winner's nominated bank account via electronic funds transfer (or
the nominated bank account of the winner's parent/guardian if the winner is under 18 years of
the nominated bank account of the winner's parent/guardian if the winner is under 18 years of age.
18. Additional
Conditions
The hotel accommodation and flight component are non-transferrable or refundable for cash and will
be valid until 15 August 2018
