Terms and Conditions
Game of skill 1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is Rebel Sport Limited (A.C.N. 78 003 283 823) of IBC Business Estate, 29-33 Carter Street, Lidcombe NSW 2141 (the “Headquarters”).

Entry is only open to Australian residents (the “Entrant”). Participants may be of any age. Children up to and including the age of 18 years must have their parent or guardian's consent to enter the competition, who are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions set out herein on behalf of the child and in their personal capacity as guardian or parent of the child. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
4. This is a game of skill. To enter, participants must submit a response to the specified question. The entrant who submits the most creative response will be deemed the winner and awarded the prize.
5. The Competition commences at 9:00am (AEDT) on Wednesday 28 March 2018
and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on Sunday 8 April 2018 (the “Promotional Period”). All entries must be received by the Promoter within the Promotional Period.
6. The winner will be selected at 10:00am (AEDT) on Monday 9 April 2018.
Competition entry details
7. To be eligible for the Competition, entrants must:
a) Log in to Instagram and follow @rebelfootball , and
b) Tag someone and submit a response to the question: “Tag a Manchester United fan who should win with you and why”
8. Multiple entries are permitted provided entries follow competition terms and conditions. The Prize, Draw and Notifications
9. The Prize is as follows:
1 x Pair of adidas ACE boots signed by Juan Mata.

10. Total Prize is valued at approximately $250 RRP. 11. This is a game of skill. The entrant who submits the most creative response will be deemed the winner and awarded the prize. Judging will be conducted by Rebel Sport staff at the “Headquarters” where one (1) winner will be selected. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winning entry will be decided at 10:00am (AEDT) on Monday 9 April 2018 at the Headquarters.
13. The Promoter will notify the winner via Instagram, phone or email and their name will be published on the promoter’s Instagram channel on Monday 9 April 2018.
14. If the winners fail to claim their prize within 24 hours of first being notified or the winner’s entry is deemed invalid by the Promoter in accordance with these terms and conditions, the winner is deemed to have forfeited and abandoned the prize. The Promoter will draw another winner on Tuesday 10 April 2018. After the alternate winner has been selected, the Promoter will notify the winner of the redraw by phone and/or email. The alternate winner’s name will be published on the promoter’s website on Wednesday 11 April 2018. If the alternate winner fails to claim the prize by Thursday 12 April 2018 or the winner’s entry is deemed invalid by the Promoter in accordance with these terms and conditions, the alternate winner is deemed to have forfeited and abandoned the prize. The Promoter is not required to select other winners.
15. The winner and their companion (if applicable):
a) must organise his or her own arrangements with respect to carriage, transfers, transport to and from the match venue, airport, and the winner’s accommodation, and other associated requirements. The Promoter will not organize or book any component on the winner’s behalf and accepts no responsibility for these components;
b) must ensure that they have valid documentation for the flight included in the prize, which meet the requirements of relevant government authorities;
c) must arrange (at their own expense) comprehensive travel and medical insurance cover for the full duration of their prize trip (including cover for participating in any activity forming part of the prize);
d) are responsible for all other expenses not included with the prize and unless the following are expressly included in the prize, the winner and their companion (if applicable) are liable for their spending money, meals, drinks, transfers, laundry charges, activities, incidentals, taxes, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs;
e) must travel at the same time, must depart from the same capital city and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest capital city for flight departure;
f) acknowledge and agree that:
1. the air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of the airline nominated by the Promoter and are subject to seasonal embargos, and the flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airlines departure city and their current flight schedule;
2. Frequent Flyer points (and other frequent flyer schemes) are not available from any airline and do not form part of the prize;
3. a credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges; and
4. where accommodation is included with the prize, once accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable.
16. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to redeem the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. Prizes cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accept the conditions of use of that prize.
17. If any prize is unavailable or otherwise unable to be supplied, the Promoter in its discretion, may substitute the prize with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
18. Where the winner is a minor, the Promoter may then deem the winner’s entry as invalid unless the parent or guardian of the winner:
a) acknowledges that they are the parent or guardian of the winner;
b) confirms that they are over the age of 18 years old;
c) agrees to these terms and conditions in their own capacity and on behalf of the winner;
d) confirms that the winner has complied with the terms and conditions of the competition (as applicable) and will continue to comply with the terms and conditions of the competition to the extent applicable; and
e) indemnify the Promoter and/or the Promoter’s partners from and against any and all losses, costs, damages, expenses, liabilities and claims arising out of and to the extent that any of the terms and conditions of the competition are unenforceable against the winner or invalid because the winner is a minor.
19. By entering this promotion entrants agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder complies with the ticket conditions which accompany any tickets won in conjunction with the promotion.
General Conditions
20. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
21. The Promoter is entitled to verify the validity of entries and the identity of entrant(s) and the winner, and to disqualify any entrant/winner who submits an entry that is contrary to these terms and conditions, or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage is not a waiver of those rights.
22. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
23. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury, death, loss and damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including but not limited to any liability arising from any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control; any variation of the prize value; any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant; or redemption or use of a prize.
24. If the Competition is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter is entitled to, the fullest extent permitted by law: disqualify any entrant; or subject to any direction from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition.
25. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties and if required, to the Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
26. By submitting an entry, entrants expressly consent to the Promoter using:
a) the entrant’s entry (either in part or in full), name, likeness, image and/or voice to be reproduced and/or published in any medium for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition, the Promoter’s business, and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter; and,
b) their personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Personal information will only be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy

The Promoter will endeavour to provide the entrant with an option to opt out of receipt of such communications every time the Promoter contacts the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.
28. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
