Entry Restrictions a) All entrants and their travel companions must be 18 years or
over at time of entering the competition to win and/or claim their
prize (please note the legal drinking age in the United States is 21
years old; Japan is 20 years old; Europe and Great Britain is 18 years
old).
b) Entrants and their companion must have a valid passport
with at least 6 months’ validity from the travel date and any eligible
visa requirements for travel to the United States, Great Britain,
Europe and Japan.
c) The winner must be able and is responsible for organising
their own travel requirements.
9. How to enter
Phone entry:
a) During the contesting period, listeners will be invited to call
GOLD104.3 on (03) 9414 1043 during a specified time period
(excluding public holidays) to participate in the Competition.
b) 1 (one) caller will be selected by the station representative (in their
absolute discretion) to be the contestant and compete in the
Challenge on air to go in one (1) of five (5) weekly major prize
draws.
C) if the contestant successfully completes the Challenge (as
determined by the Promoter in accordance with the Challenge Details)
they will receive one entry into the Major Prize Draw
Entrants may be entered into the draw only once and can only win one
(1) prize each.
11. Challenge Details Each contesting hour during the Competition Period,
a) 1 (one) entrant who successfully calls (03) 9414 1043 will be
selected by the Promoter (in its absolute discretion);
b) The contestant will be asked a music-knowledge question by
the on-air announcer. The question may be accompanied by
relevant audio (as specified by the Promoter in its sole and
absolute discretion);
c) Once the question and any accompanying audio has been
posed and/or played, the contestant will have up to 10 seconds
(at a length determined by the promoter) to correctly answer
d) If the contestant is correct in answering the question as
determined by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute
discretion), they will go into the Weekly Major Prize Draw for
the chance to win a Major prize.
e) If the listener is incorrect, they do not go into the draw or
receive a consolation prize;
f) Only entries that are put to air will be deemed a valid entry.
g) Whether an answer is correct or incorrect within the
nominated time limit will be determined by the Promoter in its
absolute discretion, and no correspondence will be entered
into;
h) The Promoter (at their discretion) may also provide contestants
and listeners with clues at any time throughout the promotion.
12. Draw Details Five (5) major prizes drawn will be conducted as follows:
1. Draw 1 will be drawn at 06.00PM AEDST on Monday 19th
March at 21-31 Goodwood Street Richmond VIC 3121.
2. Draw 2 will be drawn at 06.00PM AEDST on Friday 23
rd March

3. Draw 3 will be drawn at 06.00PM AEDST on Friday 30th March
at 21-31 Goodwood Street Richmond VIC 3121.
4. Draw 4 will be drawn at 06.00PM AEST on Friday 6
th April at 21-

5. Draw 5 will be drawn at 06.00PM AEST on Friday 13
th April at
21-31 Goodwood Street Richmond VIC 3121.
13: Prize Details There are five (5) Major Prizes, consisting of:
Major prize: 1x $5,000 travel voucher
Major Prizes are non–transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot
be sold. ID required at time of redemption.
14: Total Prize Value Up to $25,000 inc GST
15: Winner Notification
Winners of Major prizes will be notified
- via phone and/or email up to 48 hours after the draw has been
conducted by the Station to organise their prize.
16. Publication Details Winners of prizes valued at over $1,000 (inc GST) will be published on
the Station Website ‘WIN’ Page.
17: Prize Claim and Delivery The Prize will be available for collection by the winner from the Station.
The Station will contact the winner when their Prize is ready for
collection.
18. Prize Claim Date and Time
& Unclaimed Prize Draw
Prize/s must be claimed by Friday 18th August 2018 6:00PM AEST.
If prizes are not collected by this deadline, they become forfeited.
19. Special conditions a) Contesting and Prizes:
• At the Promoter’s discretion, contesting segments may either
be broadcast live to air, or may be pre-recorded off air, ready
to be broadcast on air later.
• The Promoter takes no responsibility for phone dropping out or
any technical difficulty experienced by the contestant.
• For the avoidance of doubt, the decision as to contest winning
is at the absolute determination of the Promoter and no
correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to change the time of the
contesting hour without any notice to the contestants.
• By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter a
perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the
materials for the purposes of conducting the competition and
for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Winners are subject to any additional terms and conditions
placed by the Travel Provider as specified in the terms of the
Prize voucher
• Should any elements of the prize be changed, moved, cancelled
or not available for any unforeseen reason, the Promoter takes
no responsibility and the Prize Winners, and their travel
companions, will not be compensated.
b) Travel:
• The prize winner must have a valid passport with a minimum
six month’s validity.

• The prize winner’s guest must be over 18.
• Vouchers cannot be transferred or on-sold and if found to be,
the vouchers will be cancelled.
• Travel is subject to black-out periods as specified by the Prize
Provider.
• The winner (and their travelling companion) is responsible for
all expenses including but not limited to flights,
accommodation, meals (other than those specified),
incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, phone calls,
gratuities, optional activities and excursions, freight, excess
baggage, ground transport, visas, spending money, travel
insurance and all transfers, including travel costs to and from
their closest capital city airport if the winner is from a regional
area. A credit card imprint may be required at check-in to the
hotel, for all incidental charges.
• It is the traveller’s personal responsibility to ensure that they
have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid
passports and visas which meet the requirements of
immigration and other government authorities at the
destinations. Any fines, penalties, payments of expenditures
incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the
requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility
of the traveller.
• All prize travel will be subject to the carrier’s General
Conditions of Carriage. The Promoters and carrier make no
representations as to the safety, conditions or other issues that
may exist at any destination. By entering this Competition, and
by collecting the prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts
that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the
prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury,
incapacity, damage to property or other losses.
• The Promoter strongly recommends that all winners take out
travel insurance and consult the
