You will have the opportunity to meet the producers and discover the story behind your food. All have a strong commitment to producing handcrafted or locally grown and made foods, embracing sustainable practices and reviving traditional preparation and preservation methods.
Throughout the day you can listen to a range of fascinating talks and live food demonstrations. Explore the property and hear the stories that reveal the life of the estate over 160 years. Take a peek inside the historic convict-built house or discover the property’s outbuildings on our free family-friendly tours and workshops. Meet some of the farm animals and help our farmers feed the cows in the paddock.
