The Promoter is Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, ACN 57 000 004 320, located at 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124, Ph: 03 8855 3000 (Promoter).
This promotion is open to all Australian residents who are valid soul +rewards members. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian to enter.
The promotion commences on Thursday 15th March 2018 at 12:01am AEDT, and concludes on Sunday 13th May 2018 at 11:59pm AEST (Promotional Period).
How to enter
To enter, eligible soul +rewards members must, during the Promotional Period:
a. spend $30 or more in one transaction (excluding prescriptions, pharmacist only medicine and pharmacy medicine) in a participating Soul Pattinson Chemist store; and
b. scan their soul +rewards card at the time of purchase (Valid Entry);

Each transaction which is a Valid Entry will constitute one (1) entry into the draw.
Multiple entries are permitted subject to the following;only one entry permitted per Valid Entry.
Each Valid Entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.
Entries into the competition are automatically recorded.It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including their phone number, email address and soul +rewards membership details are correct and up to date.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law and in its sole discretion, to validate the identity of the entrant.
Winning determination
The draw will take place at Intellipharm Pty Ltd, Building 2, Level 3, 33 Remora Road, Hamilton, QLD 4007 on Monday 21st May 2018 at 10:00am AEST.
The winning entry will be drawn at random. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified via telephone within two (2) business days of the draw and by mail sent by no later than Wednesday 23rd May 2018. The name of the winner will also be published in The Australian on Wednesday 30th May 2018.
If the winner’s details are not provided to qualify as a Valid Entry, or the winner’s details are incorrect, then the winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be drawn.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
If the prize is not claimed by 10:00am AEST on Tuesday 21st August 2018, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws at 11:00am AEST on Tuesday 21st August 2018 at the same location as the original draw as are necessary to distribute the prize, subject to any written directions given by the relevant gaming authorities.
Prize
The first entry drawn will win a Gaia Retreat & Spa holiday package for two (2) people including;Two (2) return economy class flights to Ballina, NSW from the winner’s nearest capital city in Australia (valued at up to $1,700). The airfares will be purchased from the Promoter’s preferred airline, at their discretion. Flights are subject to booking and flight availability.
Return transfers for two (2) people between Ballina Airport and Gaia Retreat & Spa (valued at up to $150).
Three (3) nights’ accommodation (in one (1) twin share Sura Terrace room) at Gaia Retreat & Spa, 933 Fernleigh Road, Brooklet NSW (valued at up to $3,950).
All main meals and snacks for two (2) people including;
i. Breakfast, served in Kukura House or Tevana Deck from 8:00am – 10:00am.
ii. Lunch, served in Kukura House or Tevana Deck from 12:30pm – 1:30pm.
iii. Dinner, served in Kukura House or Tevana Deck from 6:30pm – 8:30pm.
Access to Gaia Retreat & Spa facilities and services including;
i. Daily 90 minute morning yoga sessions.
ii. One (1) 30 minute wellness consultation.
iii. One (1) $300 spa voucher for two (2) people, which can be spent at the Gaia Day Spa.
The total prize value of the promotion is valued at up to $5,800.

A booking for the prize must be made by Wednesday 21st November 2018 and is subject to booking and flight availability. The prize must be redeemed by Wednesday 22nd May 2019.During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. The winner and his/her travel companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoters in their absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
The winner and any guests must arrange at their own expense valid travel insurance with the highest available coverage for their period of travel. The winner and any guests may be required to provide evidence of such travel insurance as a condition of accepting the prize.
Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all other expenses are the responsibility of the winners (and their companion) including but not limited to spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs.
Other
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
If the prize is unavailable, the Promoters, in their discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.
The prize (including any unused portion of the prize) cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes, or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of the Promoter to insure any products.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image, entry and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (inc. photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize.
