Entry Details
Members may swipe once every 3 hours at the Player Elite system which will generate a virtual ticket in a virtual barrel.
9am – 12pm
12pm – 3pm
3pm – 6pm
6pm – 9pm
9pm – 12am
12am – 3am
All members will be treated equally regardless of tier level and will receive just one ticket for each time they swipe their membership card in the above time periods
Two Brand New Toyota Yaris
Car is Toyota Yaris 1.3L Petrol Manual 5 Door Hatch
Weekly Cash prizes of $1,000 and a car key which will potentially open the car on the draw night
7 x $200 cash prizes on the night of the car draw.
Promotion Dates
Tickets will start accumulating on swiping from Monday the 9nd of April 2018 at 9:00 am until Wednesday the 15th of August 2018 at 8pm.
Cash Draws will be on every Wednesday starting on the 25th of April 2018
Draw Guidelines
Cash Draws
Every Wednesday $1000 cash is to be won between 8:00 pm and 9:30 pm.
There will be 4 draws at 8:00 pm, 8:30 pm, 9:00 pm and 9:30 pm.
There will be 4 winners drawn and they will be given 4 minutes to claim their prize. If unclaimed draws will continue until a winner is found
Four winners will win cash prizes and one of them will win a key which might open the car on the car draw night. They will win their prize by choosing symbols on the “Player Elite” Kiosk screen.
The cash prizes will be $100, $150, $250, $500.
A maximum of 4 members will be drawn to win each night.
All prizes must be won on the night.
On the last week of the car draws, Wednesday the 13th of June and Wednesday the 15th of August, the members will be given 4 minutes to claim the prize and there will be a redraw if the member is not present until the prize is won.
The winner must present their membership card to be a valid winner.
The winner must be on the premises at the time of the draw to eligible.
In house audio system will be used to announce the winners. The Club cannot guarantee that announcements will be able to be heard in all parts of the Club during the draws.
A register of daily winners will be available upon request by an inspector.
There will be a virtual barrel ran through the Player Elite kiosks.

Second Car draw will be on the 15th of August 2018 at 10pm
General Information.
For each of the 2 draws, throughout the 8 weeks, there will be 8 potential winner who have won one car key each. One of those keys will open the car on the car draw night. The member that won the first week will have the first chance to choose a box on the night that might contain the winning key. The member who won the second week will have the second chance to choose a box on the night that might contain the winning key if the first member hasn’t chosen the winning key, this system will take place until one of the eight members win the car.
The seven members who don’t end up winning the car will win an additional $200 each.
The winner must present their membership card to be a valid winner
In house audio system will be used to announce the winners
A third-party presenter from Toyota will be drawing the tickets on both nights of the car draw.
On the car draw nights of 13 June and 15 August an independent witness will be in attendance to oversee the draw as the value is over $10,000.
A register of daily winners will be available upon request by an inspector and all the winning tickets will be placed in a register kept in the safe.
Members can win more than once.
There will be a virtual barrel ran through the Player Elite kiosks.
Terms and conditions and all daily draw and major draw records will be maintained for viewing by patrons on request.
Records of winning members will be maintained for a period of not less than 3 months.
