ENTRY RESTRICTIONS: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid email address.
COMPETITION PERIOD: The competition(s) begins at 00:00AM AEDST on 19/03/2018.
Entries into the competition close at 11:59PM AEDST on 27/08/2018. Major winner drawn 10/09/2018.
ENTRY METHOD: Website entry only. Limit of one entry per person during the Competition Period.
JUDGING: Valid entries will be judged individually by the Judges, based on the Judging Criteria below. The winners will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners information below.
JUDGING CRITERIA: Each valid entry will be individually judged by the Judges based on weekly stats. If a player withdraws after the 5 x nominated players are published for any reason, including injury, the stats can be based on the remaining nominated players. Should multiple entrants have the same winning overall stats number, the 1st correct entry received will be awarded the weekly winning prize and in the major draw. Should multiple entrants have the same winning number, the first correct entry received will be awarded the major prize at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion. If the total is not correctly selected by any entrants, the entrant with the closest number without going over the total will be declared the major winner. If there is more than one entrant with the closest number without going over the total, the first correct entry received will be awarded the major prize.
JUDGING DETAILS: All entrants will be judged between 9:00am and 11:00am (AEDST) on Monday of each week within the promotional timeframe at Crocmedia Pty Ltd, Level 5, 111 Coventry Street, Southbank VIC 3141
PRIZE DETAILS AND CONDITIONS:
Weekly Prize:
Each weekly winner will select the rug of their choice, rug options are up to the value of $600 RRP (including GST).
Weekly winner’s must select their prize from a brochure (supplied via email by Crocmedia).
Weekly winner’s must go to choicesflooring.com.au/afl-2018/winner-form and fill out the form by Friday 31st August 2018.
If the prize or any element of the prize is unavailable, Choices Flooring, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize or that element of the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
If a weekly winner does not claim their prize by the time stipulated, then they will forfeit their right to the prize.
Weekly winner’s will have their prize delivered to their nominated residential address. Delivery cost covered by Choices Flooring.
Entrants consent to Choices Flooring using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
Any cost associated with accessing email or the competition website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

MAJOR PRIZE COLLECTION: To be collected and redeemed from Crocmedia’s office.

Employees, directors, and/or officers (including immediate family members or members of the household) of Crocmedia, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, advertising, fulfilment and promotion agencies and all other companies or entities associated with the Contest are not eligible to participate. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules which shall be final
Employees (and their immediate families) of Choices Flooring, its associated companies and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
2. Entries.
All entries, once submitted, become the property of Crocmedia and shall not be returned. Any incomplete entries will not be eligible. Entries will only be accepted up until thescheduled time of the game in which the first player listed is involved. Only one entry is allowed per person.
3. Winning.
Crocmedia shall select all winners at its sole discretion. Winner will be notified via e-mail or telephone. Crocmedia will be responsible for all applicable shipping and handling fees as well as applicable local taxes unless otherwise advised. If these rules differ from any promotional or other materials published in connection with the Contest, these rules shall control.
