Gift It Now Mother’s Day Competition Terms and Conditions This competition is conducted by Mum Central and Gift It Now.
Entrants must be an individual and not a company/organisation. By entering this competition, you agree to the associated Terms and Conditions. Mum Central and Gift It Now reserve the right to withhold prizes if the entrant does not meet the terms and conditions.
The prizes available for participants include;
i. Two (2) x $250 Gift It Now Vouchers
Entries are collected via
www.mumcentral.com.au using a Wufoo competition form.
Entry via fake Facebook profile will result in disqualification and you may be asked for proof of identification to verify this.
This competition is free to enter.
Limit one entry per person. Employees of Gift It Now or Mum Central are ineligible to enter this competition.
The competition will be open to the public on the 19th of April, 2018.
The winner will have their full name published on the Mum Central Page at
www.mumcentral.com.au. It may also be displayed by the sponsor on their websites. The judging will commence on 4 May, 2018 and the winner notified within 24 hours of the closing date via the email address they provide in the Wufoo form. If the email is returned undeliverable or there is no response within 48 hours, the competition will be rejudged and another winner identified. No responsibility will be accepted for emails which are misdirected or end up in the spam folder.
The prize will be provided to the winner by Gift It Now.
Gift It Now and Mum Central reserve the right to use the
winners name, image, text or voice for promotional purposes for an
unlimited time period without remuneration.
All entrants will automatically be subscribed to the Mum Central and Gift It Now newsletters, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Winners must contact Gift It Now’s reservations department on 1300 839 731 to redeem their voucher.
The experience gift voucher issued is valid for 12-months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated on the gift voucher. Gift It Now is not required to replace any gift voucher that has not been used before its expiration date.
The gift vouchers are able to be redeemed for any experience listed on the Gift It Now website including Gift It Now wine boxes, hampers and books.
The prize will be issued at the earliest convenience of Gift It Now via Australia Post.
The value of each voucher is $250. If a winner wishes to redeem an experience or product greater than $250 they will be required to pay the difference.
All personal information provided by entrants in this competition will be handled in a way that complies with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act.
Gift It Now will not be required to refund, exchange or alter any prizes issued throughout the duration of this campaign.
