1. To enter the Giveaway Contest for the Ferrari 360 Modena F1 you must do the following:
Sign up “On-Line” starting on April 3, 2018 at 12:00pm CDT and ending on July 24, 2018 at 12:00pm CDT, log on to the following website VCoinMall.com. Follow the links on the website to enter the VCoin Mall Ferrari 360 Modena F1 Giveaway to become an On-line Participant (hereinafter referred to as “On-Line Participant”). Upon successful completion of the on-line registration and social media sharing, you will be automatically entered as an On-line Participant. To register, you will need to create an account in VCoin Mall and VCoin Exchange by entering the following information including but may not be limited to: First name and last name, telephone number, account password, and a valid email address. You will also have to share, like, and repost the campaign to your social media accounts. Failure to do any of the requirements will result in disqualification for the contest and forfeiture of the car if you are the winner.
Only one Internet entry per person and one Internet entry per email address is permitted. Multiple email accounts owned by the same person is prohibited. Violators will be disqualified. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. For purposes of these Official Contest Rules, “receipt” of an online entry will be solely determined when the VCoin Mall’s web servers record the valid entry information. Any automated computer receipt (such as one confirming delivery of an email) does not constitute actual receipt of an entry for purposes of these Official Contest Rules. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. All entries submitted become the sole property of VCoin Mall and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by VCoin Mall. VCoin Mall’s computer is the official time keeping device for the contest. VCoin Mall is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches. All on-line entries must be received by July 24, 2018 at 12:00pm CDT.
Employees, consultants, subcontractors, and agents of VCoin Mall, VCoin Exchange, and Sparkle Coin, as well as their spouses and dependents, are ineligible to enter this contest or to win the contest prize. VCoin Mall will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements and will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
2. Bonus Multiple Contest Entries.
VCoin Mall may present special Bonus Offers to registered contest entrants for additional entries to win. These are optional and are not required to participate.
3. Final Drawing to Select the Winner from Among Contest Registrants.
The Winner will be selected upon the conclusion for the submission of entries. The FINAL DRAWING will be conducted after 12:00pm CDT July 24, 2018 and the winner will be announced when VCoin Mall launches on July 31, 2018 at 12:00pm CDT from among the eligible Contest Finalists. The FINAL DRAWING will be conducted under the direction of independent judge(s) whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this contest. The odds of winning the prize at the Final Drawings is unknown and is based on the number of entries received. After a Contest Finalist has been selected as the Winner of this contest, the Winner agrees to execute VCoin Mall’s Prize Acceptance and Liability/Publicity Release form, and an Affidavit of Eligibility form, and then promptly deliver the executed forms to VCoin Mall’s email and/or office before the Winner can take possession of the contest prize, within 72 hours after the winning notification has been sent out by VCoin Mall.
4. Eligibility Requirements.
This Contest is open to anyone worldwide who is 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license at the time of the FINAL DRAWING. VCoin Mall also requires that the Contest Finalist demonstrate that they will have valid car insurance prior to obtaining possession of the contest prize. Non-compliance with any of the Official Contest Rules may result in disqualification. VCoin Mall reserves the right to substitute cash or another vehicle of equal or greater value in the event the prize is substantially damaged or destroyed before the Winner takes possession of the prize. This prize will be given “AS IS”, after usage and travel of the vehicle for publicity purposes to promote VCoin Mall and the prize at numerous VCoin Mall Events throughout the country. This is a used vehicle and will have slight defects and blemishes from use but will be mechanically sound to be able to pass the State of Texas motor vehicle inspections to allow it to be driven on public roads. Employees, representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and agents of VCoin Mall, VCoin Exchange, and Sparkle Coin, as well as their spouses and dependents, are not eligible to enter this contest or to win the contest prize.
5. Notification to Winner Selected to enter the FINAL DRAWING.
The Winner will be notified by a telephone call and e-mail, from VCoin Mall specifying that the Winner must contact a specific official at VCoin Mall. To determine if the Winner is eligible to be awarded the Ferrari 360 Modena F1 and is able and willing to accept the Official Contest Rules and/or the prize under the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Winner is required to respond to a specific official at VCoin Mall by telephone and/or by email within 72 hours of the first attempted telephone call and/or e-mail notification provided by VCoinMall. If the Winner either fails to contact that VCoin Mall official and respond as required or is otherwise unavailable to receive the notification for whatever reason, such that no response is received by 12:00pm CDT within 72 hours following the first attempted telephone call and/or email to the Winner, then any right or Interest of the Winner in the contest prize or this contest shall be promptly forfeited. No other notification will be required to be made by VCoin Mall to the Winner. If a Winner has forfeited their Interest in the prize and this contest, an alternate person will then be declared the Winner of that FINAL DRAWING by the independent judge(s). Once an alternate FINAL DRAWING Finalist is selected by the independent judge(s) as the Winner, then that alternate FINAL DRAWING Finalist must be found eligible to be awarded the prize (i.e. is able and willing to accept the Official Contest Rules and/or the prize under the terms and conditions set forth herein) and must comply with all Official Contest Rules as applied to the alternate FINAL DRAWING Finalist/Winner. The FINAL DRAWING will be conducted under the direction of independent judge(s) whose decisions are final on all matters relating to these contests.

6. Final Drawing and the Prize.
THERE IS ONLY ONE WINNER THAT WILL BE SELECTED FROM ALL ENTRANTS. The contest prize is the 2001 Ferrari 360 Modena F1.
7. Travel Expenses of the WINNER after the Final Drawing.
The prize does not include any other travel expenses or any lodging, meals, rental cars or other expenses incurred by the Winner in accepting and taking possession of the prize. The Winner will be given title to the prize, but only after the Winner has executed VCoin Mall’s Prize Acceptance and Liability/Publicity Release form and Affidavit of Eligibility form and provided proof of valid auto insurance coverage. VCoin Mall reserves the right to substitute cash or another vehicle of equal or greater value for the prize (based on the estimated value for this prize in its AS IS condition at the Final Drawing being solely determined by VCoin Mall as desired).
8. Prize is “AS IS”.
Upon the Winner completing and executing VCoin Mall’s Affidavit of Eligibility form and Prize Acceptance and Liability/Publicity Release form, the Winner shall be responsible to accept the contest prize “AS IS” and to drive and/or transport the prize away from VCoin Mall’s headquarters in Austin, TX. Specifications for the Ferrari 360 Modena F1 may change without warning prior to awarding to the winner.9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
Upon acceptance of the prize, the Winner forever releases from any and all liability, loss, harm, damage, cost or expense whatsoever, regardless of how it was incurred, and including without limitation, any and all claims for property damage, personal injury, and/or death which may occur in connection with the Winner’s acceptance, ownership, possession and/or use of the prize, each of the following:

10. Contest Rules Govern.
Each person entering this contest agrees to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and by the decisions of the independent judge(s) in the selection of the Contest Finalist and ultimately the Winner in the FINAL DRAWING. By accepting these Official Contest Rules, each Contest Entrant and the Winner expressly authorize VCoin Mall, other aforementioned companies, and their employees, agents and representatives, to use their name, address and/or their photograph and/or likeness for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. All forms, documents, follow-up communications, and recorded information regarding the In-Person, and On-Line Participants used in this contest are the exclusive property of VCoin Mall and aforementioned companies, which will not be returned.
11. Contest Is Void Where Prohibited, Taxed or Restricted By Law. If there exists any laws, taxes, and/or restrictions that actually apply to any valid contestant, participant, Contest Finalist and/or Winner; than the contest is void for such individuals (“Void Individuals”). Whether or not such information is known or unknown to all the parties before or after this VCoin Mall Giveaway Contest for the Ferrari 360 Modena F1. Any such Void Individuals are unable to participate and/or claim the award, to become a Winner. VCoin Mall conducts numerous giveaways and will not be held responsible for resolving potential or actual claims of Void Individuals.
12. Winner Responsible for Taxes and Expenses. The Winner has sole responsibility for all expenses, including federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, and title fees related to and/or for the prize. VCoin Mall is not responsible for any unauthorized human Intervention or other causes beyond the control of VCoin Mall that corrupt or improperly affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play or conduct of this contest. VCoin Mall will not be responsible to award any value in excess of the value listed in these Official Contest Rules.
13. Winner Identification. The Winner is identified online at VCoinMall.com once the Winner is determined eligible to accept the contest prize and has executed the proper documentation. The official announcement date is tentatively set for July 31, 2018 but may change without further notice.
The Award (Ferrari 360 Modena F1) is governed by, and subject to, the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to such states conflict of laws rules, as provided in the Giveaway. For purposes of litigating any dispute that arises directly or indirectly from the relationship of the parties evidenced by this Award, the parties hereby submit to and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Texas and agree that such litigation shall be conducted only in the courts of Travis County, Texas, or the federal courts for the United States for the State of Texas, and no other courts, where this Award is made and/or to be performed.
