Entrants will need to complete a specially marked entry form upon purchase from 6:30 am on the 3rd of April until 5:00 pm on the 30th of June, 2018.

The winner of the Bostik WIN A HARLEY DAVIDSON BREAKOUT FXBR will be draw at Bowens Head Office located in Hallam, Victoria by barrel draw at 10:00am on the 13th July 2018 and announced at 10:15 am on the same day.

WIN A HARLEY DAVIDSON BREAKOUT FXBR 2018 COMPETITION

[b]TERMS & CONDITIONS[/b]

1. The promoter of the Win a Bostik/Bowens 2018Harley Davidson Breakout FXBR Competition(Competition) is Bostik Australia Pty Ltd ACN 003 893 838 (Bostik), located at Level 1, 6 English Street, Essendon Fields, Victoria, 3041, Australia; Phone: 03 9279 9333.

2. In these terms and conditions, ‘Bowens’ means Bowen & Pomeroy Proprietary Limited ACN 004 174 887.

3. Entry is open from 6:30am on 03/04/2018 (Open Date) to all Victorian residents who are over the age of 18 years.

4. Entry closes at 5:00pm on 30/06/2018 (Close Date).

5. Employees (and their family members) of Bostik and Bowens and their related entities are not eligible to enter the Competition.

6. A single prize pack of a 2018 Harley Davidson Breakout FXBR valued at $31,250 RRP (Prize) will be awarded to the winner of the Competition (Winner).

7. To be eligible to enter the Competition, you must:

a. Spend at least $50.00 in a single transaction on eligible Bostik or ASA adhesive product or products at a participating Bowens store; and

b. Complete and submit the entry form located at any participating Bowens store between the Open Date and the Close Date.

8. All entries that are incomplete, illegible or are not submitted by the Close Date will be deemed invalid.

9. By submitting an entry to the Competition, the entrant consents to their identity being published under clauses 11 and 13 if they are selected as the Winner, and to the use of their personal information (as submitted in their entry) by Bostik and in accordance with Bostik’s Privacy Policy, which may be found at https://
bostik.com/australia/tools-and-training/bostik-privacy-policy/ and by Bowens in accordance with the Bowens Privacy Policy, which may be found at http://bowens.com.au/ index.php?template=public&view=termsConditions&id=2.

10. The Winner will be drawn at Bowens Head Office, 48 - 52 Hallam South Road, Hallam, Victoria, 3803 by a barrel draw on 13/07/2018 (Drawing Date) at 10:00.am. The Winner need not be present at the drawing.

11. The Winner will be announced on the Drawing Date at 10:15am and will be contacted personally by phone and email and their name published in the Bowens Builders Bulletin and on the Bowens website (www.bowens.com.au) on the Drawing Date for a minimum period of 28 days.

12. The Prize will be made available at Bowens Head Office, 48 - 52 Hallam South Road, Hallam, Victoria, 3803 unless Bostik and the Winner agree upon another method for delivery or collection of the Prize. It is the responsibility of the Winner to organise registration and insurance of the Prize.

13. If, despite every reasonable effort, Bostik cannot contact the Winner, the Prize will be retained for 3 months after the Drawing Date. At the end of 3 months, if the Prize remains unclaimed, a re-draw will take place at Bowens’ Head Office on 15.10.18 between 9:00am and 1:00pm. The winner of the re-draw will be notified in the same way as described in these terms and conditions.

14. The prize is not redeemable for cash and no alternate or substitute prize will be offered or made available unless clause 17 applies.

15. Bostik has absolute discretion and reserves all rights to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that it deems is not in accordance with these terms.

16. The Winner consents that Bostik and Bowens may use their name and image for the purpose of publicity and promotion and acknowledges that Bostik will own the copyright in any such images.

17. In the event that Bostik is unable to supply the Prize for reasons beyond Bostik’s reasonable control, Bostik reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater monetary value.

. Bostik and Bowens does not accept responsibility for late entries or any other entries which are illegible or not properly received.

19. Bostik and Bowens will not be liable for any damages or loss suffered as a result of:

a. Entry into the Competition;

b. Misplacement, theft or damage to any entry forms or to the Prize once it is received by the Winner; or

c. Arising from the use of the Prize.

20. Any tax implications resulting from winning the Prize will remain the responsibility of the Winner and not Bostik or Bowens.

21. Entry into the Competition is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.

22. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria
