TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR
MOTHER’S DAY HIGH TEA COMPETITION

1.   Entry into the MOTHER’S DAY HIGH TEA competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.   The Promotion is a game of chance plays no part in determining the winners.

3.   Entry is open to residents of Australia only.

4.   Winners will be selected at 13/05/2018 at the business premises of Redzed Gourmet Australian Cookies.

5.   To enter participants must comment on the competition Facebook post. The competition opens on 01/05/2018 and closes 13/05/2018 at 5pm.

6.   Entrants in the competition may enter multiple times.

7.   There will be 1 winner, who will win the following prize:
1 x HIGH TEA COLLECTION valued at $125.00 plus the cost of shipping.

8.   The winning entry will be checked to ensure it is a valid entry and will be picked at random.

9.   The winner will be contacted by 15/05/2018 using Facebook and Messenger.

10.   The prize will be sent to the winner within 30 days of the winner being selected.

11.   The winner hereby permits the winner’s entry, name and State may be used in marketing and promotional materials by Redzed Gourmet Australian Cookies.

12.   Prizes will only be awarded to the winner as per the contact details they provided and not to any other recipient.

13.   These Terms and Conditions can be changed at any time without notification to the competition entrants.

14.   We accept no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries.

15.   In the event the winner cannot take the prize, they forfeit their access to the prize. In the event of this, the prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

16.   In the event that this competition needs to be cancelled (ie. Act of god, Natural disaster or attempts to tamper with the contest such as hacking), the competition will be restarted with the same conditions.

17.   Redzed Gourmet Australian Cookies shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered directly or indirectly in connection with any prize/s.

18.   Redzed Gourmet Australian Cookies reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who we have reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in illegal conduct to attempt to win this contest.
