Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions
1) Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.
2) Entry is only open to Permanent Residents of Australia.
3) Employees, officers and contractors, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, its related
bodies corporate, Gift suppliers, retailers and staff in Bonnyrigg Plaza and their immediate
families, and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family
means spouse, de facto, parent, natural or adopted child, guardian, sibling (whether natural or
adopted by parent), regardless of whether they resident the same household as the employee,
officer or contractor.
4) The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the eligibility of any Participant including
a Participant’s identity, age and country of residence, and to disqualify any Participant who
does not comply strictly with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry
process. If requested by the Promoter a Participant must provide evidence of eligibility.
Competition Period
The competition commences at 9am on Monday 23 April 2018 and concludes at 5pm on Thursday
10 May 2018. No late entries will be accepted.
Details of the Prizes
The competition prize pool is valued at $3,000.00 and consists of THREE (3) Prouds The Jewellers
gift certificates valued at $1,000.00 each.
How to Win a Prize
1) A valid entry form can be obtained at the promotional booth in front of Prouds The Jewellers or
downloaded from
www.bonnyriggplaza.com.au during the competition period.
2) There will be three categories that participants can participate in:
a. Ages 7 and Under
b. Ages 8 – 14
c. Ages 15 and Over
3) Participants must complete the entry form correlating to their age and drop off their entry form
into the entry barrel outside Prouds during the competition period.
4) ONE (1) winner will be selected from each category.
5) This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be
individually judged based on artistic merit. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will
be entered into.
6) The entries will be judged by a judging committee at 10am on Friday 11 May 2018 at the
Bonnyrigg Plaza Centre Management office. Winners will be notified via phone and winners’
names will be published on the Bonnyrigg Plaza website and Facebook page.
7) The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age and identity and
eligibility to participate in the Competition. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable
proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
Prizes must be collected from the Bonnyrigg Plaza Centre Management office by no later than
Thursday 31 May 2018 and will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian (if under the
age of 18 years old) who must accompany the winner in order to collect the prize.
9) All entries become the property of the promoter.
10) By entering this competition, you agree that Bonnyrigg Plaza may use photos taken for the
media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference,
payment or other compensation to you.
11) The prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
12) The Promoter may conduct such further judging of entries at the same place as the original
judging as is necessary at 9am on Friday 1 June 2018 at Bonnyrigg Plaza Centre
Management office in order to distribute any unclaimed prize by that date.
13) By entering into the competition, you accept all conditions of entry including these terms and
conditions.
Customers’ Information
By entering the competition, you give the Promoter consent to use your personal information for
further purposes and promotions unless you say otherwise.
Liability
The Promoter and any companies associated with this competition, accept no responsibility for any
loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential
loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment
of any item gained via the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Release and Indemnity
1) This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
The Participant agrees that Facebook will not be responsible for any claims, losses, damages,
costs and expenses of any kind associated with this promotion and releases Facebook to the
full extent permitted by law.
2) Any information provided by the customer is being provided to the Promoter and not to
Facebook.
3) Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion will be directed to the
