This Absolute Cosmetic Medicine Promotion is offered subject to the terms and conditions set out below “Terms and Conditions”.
Who can enter?
Entry is open to anyone aged 18 or above who resides Western Australia and purchases a, Absolute Cosmetic Medicine Mother’s Day voucher.
How to Enter
1. Entrants must purchase a Mother’s Day voucher to the value of $20 or more AND
2. Entrants must “Like” the Absolute Cosmetic Facebook™ page OR
3. “Follow” @AbsoluteCosmeticMedicine on Instagram OR
4. The promotion ends midnight Thursday 10th May 2018.
5. Winner drawn Friday 11th May 2018.
The Prize
The prize is “Return Flights to Paris for 2” which consist of, and is only redeemable for the following;
• Return flights for 2 People up to the value of $2000 AUD per person, The customer is liable for any flight costs above this value (black-out dates apply); OR
• A return flight for 2 to an equal or lesser value than flights to Paris
Terms and Conditions
If multiple Gift Vouchers for different recipients are purchased, multiple entries can be claimed.
If multiple Gift Vouchers for the same recipient are purchased, the purchaser is only valid for 1 competition entry.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Closing date for entry will be Thursday 10th March, midnight AWST. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The competition winner will be responsible for the booking and cost of their accommodation, travel insurance, any excess luggage, all optional extras on flights and spending money (including, but not limited to, food, transport, phone bills etc.).
Absolute Cosmetic has the right to choose the airline that the flights are purchased from and how many stop-overs you will have.
Flights will be from Perth International Airport to Charles De Gaulle or Orly airport (stop-over(s) necessary).
Absolute Cosmetics takes no responsibility for flight changes or cancellations, it is the prize winner’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct insurances in place.
Absolute Cosmetic Medicine takes no responsibility for any passports or travel documentation required to fly, enter or exit any countries.
The winner of the competition can chose when they would like to fly with the exception of flying in December and January.
Winners will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
The winner will be notified via phone. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
