1. The Promoter is Nourish Foods ABN: 83 101 453 847. The Promotion Partners are: endota spa, KX Group, VIP Home Services, Night Nannies Australia Pty, Shebah, Marley Spoon and Whole Kids. Entry is open to Australian residents who are over the age of 18 only. Employees and their immediate families and any organisation or individual associated with the Promoter or Promotion Partners are ineligible to enter.
2. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
3. The Promotion begins at 9pm ADST on Thursday 5 April 2018 and closes at 11:45pm on Thursday 10 May 2018. Entries received after the closing date and time will be deemed invalid.
4. No responsibility is accepted for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
5. Each person may gain a maximum of 2 entries to the competition. To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the entry form on the Whole Kids website and read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Enter your full and correct name, email address, mobile number, date or birth and number of children you have. Uploading an image or yourself and you family is optional.
7. One bonus entry will also be granted for following each of the Instagram page of Whole Kids and the 6 partner companies listed and submitting a second entry. To gain a bonus entry you must be following all 6 of the partners pages and the Whole Kids page at the time the competition closes and up until the winner is announced.
8. All entries must be the original independent creation of the entrant and available for marketing use, with all parties included within any element of the submission opted in to such use.
9. The competition is free to enter.
10. Entrants agree that the Promoter and selected partners listed above, may use the personal information provided to contact entrants with news and special offers in accordance with the Promoter’s and Promotion Partners respective Privacy Policies. These communications can be unsubscribed from at any time.
11. By entering this competition, you give permission that the promoter or promoters partners listed above may use your first name, entry and any entry photos for marketing purposes and to announce competition winners.
12. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon creative merit, as judged by the Promoter. The judges decision is final.
13. Where possible, the 5 prize winners will be selected from each of the following 5 geographical areas of Australia; 1) Victoria & Tasmania, 2) South Australia, 3) Western Australia, 4) New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory, 5) Queensland and Northern Territory.
14. The judging will take place immediately after the Promotion ends and the winner will be contacted by the Promoter. The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted and confirm a date within the specified period that the prize will be used, or the prize will be forfeited.
15. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim their prize within 7 days, the promotor will re-draw that prize and a new winner will be announced.
16. There are five (5) major prizes worth over $1323.20 each which include:1 x Childcare for up to 2 children from 8am – 5pm (as required) from partners Night Nannies valued at $355 each.
1 x VIP Home Services standard 2-3 hour standard house clean. Estimated value up to $150.

17. The prize will be allocated to 5 winners and must be taken as offered. Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Where a prize is not available due to circumstances outside of the promoters control, the competition partners and the promoter will provide a suitable alternative up to the same value as the original prize.
18. To the full extent permitted by the law, the Promoter will not be liable for any injury, damages, expenses, or loss whatsoever (whether direct or inconsequential) to persons or property as a result of any person entering into the Competition or accepting or using any prize, including without limitation non-receipt of any prize or damage to any prize in transit.
19. The prizes will be issued all on one single day, which must be selected within one week of the winners being notified and used on a day selected by the winner between Monday 14th May 2018 and Thursday 14th June 2018. This day may be subject to the availability of all partnership prizes.
20. By claiming you prize and accepting to become ‘winner’, you grant permission for the pro motor or promotional partners to take still and video footage of their prize day and use this for ongoing marketing purposes.
