BASIC TERMS

This promotion is a trade promotion lottery, offered separately out of goodwill to Decina retail consumers over the age of 18, and in itself does not form part of any sale of goods or services.
All Decina Retail Consumers, except Decina staff and their immediate families or its associated entities, are not eligible to enter the promotion.
To enter the draw, eligible participants are required to complete the online entry form at
www.decina.com.au/win and enter their details and upload an itemised receipt from the store they purchased from.
Entries into the prize draw are calculated on each order amount.
Eligible clients will be automatically entered in the prize draw but may opt out at any time. Multiple entries are allowed.
The promotion commences at 9am AEST 01/03/2018 and ends at 11:59pm AEST 31/05/2018

The prize draw will take place at 11 AM on 4th June 2018 at 99 Cobalt Street, Carole Park, Qld, 4300.
The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 business days of the draw date. The winner’s name will be published on the Decina Website for 30 days after the draw takes place and the winners have been notified.

Holiday vouchers are non refundable, non returnable or transferable.
Holiday vouchers can only be redeemed through Annabel Tidmarsh, Flight Centre, Queen Street Mall, Brisbane
Travel arrangements will be in accordance with the winner’s preferences, travel and hotel bookings, subject to availability. Terms and conditions may apply.
Non Australian passport holders may need a visa for this destination, which if required, they must arrange at their own expense.
Food, ground travel, and incidentals are not included in the prize unless otherwise stated.
Decina reserves the right, to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value, where unforeseen circumstances prevent the prize from being booked.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and disqualify any entrants who submit an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
All travel is at the risk of the entrant, and entrants specifically agree that Decina and its employees have no responsibility for any delay, personal injury, loss or damage, including opportunity loss, incurred through the booking process or while travelling. In this respect Decina encourages the winner to take out appropriate travel insurance prior to departure.
