One (1) entry per entrant during the Promotion Period
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion.

Online entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website and fully complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required on the Website and answer in 25 words or less the question “why have you always wanted to be a part owner in a race horse”.
Each entry will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) based on the Judging Criteria.
At various times during the Promotion Period the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) will:
(a) select up to four (4) entrants judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entry (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted up until that stage during the Promotion Period (Selected Entrant); and
(b) contact the Selected Entrants off-air on their Personal Contact Number (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter) to award the Selected Entrant with the Prize.
The Promotor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, invite the Selected Entrant to appear on air for the purpose of this Promotion, or profile the Selected Entrant as a winner of the Prize on-air.
For the avoidance of doubt and in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion, the Selected Entrant does not always need to appear on-air to be deemed the winner.

Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a Prize (where applicable).
