Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry to the competition commences 7am 16th May 2018, and finishes 5pm AEST 4th July 2018.
Entry is open to everyone 18 years of age or older. Employees of Shingle Inn Franchising Pty Ltd (The Promoter) are ineligible to enter.
To enter the competition customers must purchase 5 hot beverages at any Shingle Inn cafe. Hot beverages include tea, coffee, tumeric latte, chai latte, hot chocolate or any hot beverage from the Shingle Inn menu. With each hot beverage purchased the customer will receive a stamp on the entry card. Once 5 of the beverages have been purchased, the customer can enter their details on the back of the entry card and submit it into any store.
Multiple entries are permitted. Customers can enter as many times as they like during the promotional period using the above method.
There will be one major prize winner.
The winning entry will be drawn at Shingle Inn’s Franchising Office, Suite 4, 23 Breene Place, Morningside QLD 4170 at 11am AEST 3rd August 2017.
The first valid entry drawn will receive a trip for 2 to Cable Beach –
Up to the Value $7,000. (To include return economy class flights from any capital city & standard accommodation subject to availability for 5 nights for 2 adults. Prize does not include alternative transport, transfers or meals. Trip must be taken between September 1st, 2018 and September 1st, 2019 (excludes public holidays & some blackout dates may exist). Prize is non transferable or redeemable for cash.

Winner will be notified by email. The winner will also be published on the Shingle Inn website on 3rd August 2017.
In the case of a winner being unreachable or not claiming their prize, Shingle Inn reserves the right to redraw the winners 3 months after the first draw date. The redraw will take place at 11am AEST on 2nd November 2018 at Shingle Inn’s Franchising Office, Suite 4, 23 Breene Place, Morningside QLD 4170. The redraw winners will be notified by email. The winner will also be published on the Shingle Inn website on 2nd November 2018.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process.
The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.
