INTRODUCTION
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entries not
completed in accordance with the Conditions of Entry or received after close of entry will not be
considered. Incomplete entries will be disregarded. The judge’s decision in relation to any
aspect of the promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence
will be entered into.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia 18+ except for employees of the Promoter, Port
Stephens Beachside Holiday Parks and their immediate families, and all companies and agencies
associated with this promotion. A Valid email address must be entered to be eligible for the
prize draw.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
The Competition commences on 10th February 2018 and concludes on 10th February 2019 at 5pm.
Participants register in the following manner to Win a Holiday at Port Stephens Beachside Holiday
Parks
1. Via Beachside Holiday Parks Competition page on Beachside Holidays website
(
www.beachsideholidays.com.au/win-a-holiday) and “enter” their email details in the area
provided.
2. Multiple competition entries are permitted within the competition period but a unique email
address must be used.
3. No responsibility accepted for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete entries.

SELECTION PROCESS
The Selection Process for the PORT STPEHENS BEACHSIDE HOLIDAY PARKS WIN A HOLIDAY
Competition:
Winner is as follows:
1. For each draw, a computer will randomly select One Entry from all the entries received
throughout the competition period.
2. All winners will be notified within 2 weeks on the end of the financial quarter by email and
notification on our Social Media Facebook and website.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries (and record them in order),
in the event that an invalid entry is drawn or an entrant drawn is ineligible.
4. Unless otherwise indicated, winning contestants/families/guardians are responsible for all
costs involved in taking part in the Competition, including but not limited to, travel to and from,
meals,taxes and any other ancillary costs.
5. It is a condition of participation that winning contestants/families/guardians maybe required to
sign legal releases in any form to be determined by the Promoter at its absolute discretion.
PRIZES OFFERED
There will be a total of 4 prizes of a weeks accommodation in a 2 bed cabin or villa at the winners
choice of holiday park. (excludes 2 bedroom villa at Fingal Bay Holiday Park)
Accommodation Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from draw date and will be either emailed
or posted to their verified postal address and are not exchangeable for cash and must be used on the
stated validity date.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
An unclaimed Prize Draw will take place 3 months after the original draw date. Unclaimed prizes will
be randomly selected by computer using existing entrant’s details, who correctly completed the
registration process but who had not already won a Holiday in a previous draw.
New unclaimed Prize Draw winners (if applicable) will be notified by telephone or email and will have
their Accommodation Gift Vouchers either emailed or posted to their verified postal address.

In the event that for any reason whatsoever the prize winner does not take the prize or an element of the
prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited
by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize or that element of the prize.
All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or
exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter
accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. In the event that a portion of the prize is
awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher redemption of that portion of the prize will be subject to
the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher that
has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner may be required to be interviewed,
photographed and filmed at any time during the acceptance of the prize by the Promoter or their agents
for a story or feature on this promotion without remuneration or reference to the participant.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to)
technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the
Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of
this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who
tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery
Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use information it collects in
relation to you to provide you with information regarding further offers, promotions or goods and
services provided by the Promoter and/or the Promoter’s partners and sponsors. The Promoter may
also disclose information about you to its service providers to enable the Promoter to provide you with
services.
To the full extent permitted by law, The Promoter will not be liable to you in respect of any claim for any
loss or damage whatsoever (including, without limitation, any consequential, indirect, special,
punitive or incidental damages) or for any personal injury suffered by you as a result of or in connection
with the Promoter’s provision of the Service.
Certain legislation may imply warranties or conditions or impose obligations (collectively Provisions) in
relation to the Promoter’s provision of services to you which cannot be excluded, restricted or
modified except to a limited extent. If those Provisions apply, to the extent that the promoter is entitled
to do so, the Promoter’s limits its liability in respect of any claim under those Provisions to, at the
Promoter’s option, the supply of the relevant services again or the payment of the costs of having the
services supplied again.
The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with this Promotion is
governed by the Promoter’s Terms and Conditions.
