TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR THE PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT CAST MEET
& GREET COMPETITION
1: METHOD OF ENTRY
To enter this competition entrants must purchase full price tickets to performances of Priscilla Queen of
the Desert between 25 August and 9 September 2018 inclusive using the promocode LOYALTY online at
bass.net.au. Only one entry per person during the promotional period will be accepted.
2: DURATION OF THE PROMOTION
The competition commences at 9.00am Friday 18 May, 2018 and ends midnight Tuesday 31 July, 2018.
3: NATURE AND VALUE OF THE PRIZES
The prize consists of:
An exclusive money can’t buy meet and greet with the Adelaide cast Priscilla Queen of the Desert
following the performance attended by the winner and a friend.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
4: ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be SA residents and be 18 years of age or over to enter. Employees and Trust
members of Adelaide Festival Centre Trust, their immediate families and companies associated with this
promotion are ineligible to enter.
5: PLACE, DATE & TIME OF DRAW
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period. The draw
will take place at the Adelaide Festival Centre at 10am on Thursday 2 August, 2018.
6: METHOD OF ADVISING RESULT OF DRAW
Prize winner will be notified by phone and by email.
7: CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

All prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable and not exchangeable, and must be used on the
dates specified by the Promoter. Winners must be able to attend the event on the date specified. The
Promoter will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of
any prize is not provided. The Promoter may, subject to State regulations, substitute a different prize of
equivalent value in place of any prize referred to in these terms and conditions. The prize does not
include any other costs of a personal nature not stated. This prize must be taken as stated and no
compensation will be payable if the recipient is unable to use it as stated.
8: PUBLICITY MATERIALS
It is a condition of entry that the Promoter has the right to publicise, broadcast and communicate to the
public the names, characters, likeness and voice of any entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to
the Promotion. Entrants may be required by the Promoter to participate in any photo, recording, video
and/or film session(s) (the “publicity materials”) and acknowledge that the Promoter has the right to use
such publicity materials in any medium (including the internet) and in any reasonable manner it sees fit,
unless that person advises the Promoter at the time of entering the Promotion that he/she wishes to
retain his/her anonymity.
9: RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, all entrants release from, and indemnify the Promoter against all liability,
cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the Promotion including
(but not limited to) loss of income, loss of opportunity, personal injury and damage to property, whether
direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
10: NO CORRESPONDENCE
All decisions and actions of the Promoter relating to the Promotion and/or redemption of the prizes are
exercised at its absolute discretion and are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any
other person will be entered into.
