The Promotion
Information on how to enter and prize details for the BOQ ‘Win a $100 Food Hamper’ Promotion (“the Promotion”) forms part of these terms and conditions.
The promoter is BOQ Narangba, Shop 5, Narangba Valley Shopping Centre, Young Road, Narangba QLD 4504 (“Promoters”).
The promotion will commence Friday 11 May 2018 and ends Friday 29 June 2018 (“Promotion Period”).
Entry
Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years and over, excluding any directors and employees of the Promoter, an agent of the Promoter, or any other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion and their immediate families (an “Eligible Person”).
To enter the Promotion, an Eligible Person must, during the Promotion Period, submit a completed survey at the Promoters branch.
An Eligible Person who meets the criteria under clause 5 will receive one entry in the Promotion (“Eligible Entry”).
Prize Draw
There will be one prize (Food Hamper) valued at A$100.00.
The prize draw will take place at BOQ Narangba on Friday 29 June 2018 at 5:00pm (“Draw Location”).
The Winner of the prize will be determined by BOQ Narangba and will be assessed on the Eligible Entry which has been selected via random draw.
Winner will be notified by telephone on Friday 29 June 2018 at 5:00am. The winner is responsible for ensuring that their contact details are accurate and up to date.
In the event that the first drawn winner cannot be contacted within seven business days the Promoter will conduct a redraw from all remaining Eligible Entries.
The prize will need to be collected by the winner on the day. If necessary, if the winner (subsequent to clause 12) cannot be contacted within 13 days of a redraw, further redraws will take place every 14 days until a winner is contacted.
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
All decisions of the Promoters are final.
