Eligibility for Promotion
To be eligible to enter the promotion, entrants must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
The entrant must be an Australian resident 18 years of age or older; and
The entrant must be eligible for the Queensland First Home Owner’s Grant at the date of entry into the promotion and at the date of the prize draw; and
The entrant must have obtained pre-approval from a financial institution for a home loan of at least $350,000.00AUD.

Urbane Homes may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify an entrant from the promotion if it considers that the entrant does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above.
Details of Prize
The winner will receive $20,000.00 cash (AUD) to be attributed towards the purchase of a house and land package in Queensland.
The entrant acknowledges and agrees that the prize will be delivered to the winner as follows:
The winner must provide Urbane Homes with confirmation that it has obtained a contract for the purchase of a house and land package in Queensland, and that the contract is, or has become, wholly unconditional.
Urbane Homes will electronically transfer the prize to the winner’s nominated bank account within 2 business days of receiving the above confirmation.
The prize can only be used to purchase a house and land package in Queensland. The prize cannot be used to purchase an apartment, unit, townhouse or duplex.
If the winner does not obtain an unconditional contract for a house and land package in Queensland within 6 months of the prize draw, the winner forfeits the prize.
