Members of the Workers Club Group will have the opportunity to share in over $20,000 worth of cash in our WORLD CUP CASH promotion.
WORLD CUP CASH will commence on Sunday 1 April 2018 and will conclude on Monday 18 June 2018, with one (1) draw over the promotional period.
The draw will be held from 7.30pm Monday 18 June 2018 at Workers Blacktown ONLY, where a total of 16 winners will be drawn from the virtual barrel to determine the winners.

Rules & Conditions
1. Members can earn entries from 9.00am Sunday 1 April 2018 and will cease earning tickets at 7:30pm Monday 18 June 2018
2. The promotion will be conducted at each site within the BWC Group, as listed below, however the draw will be conducted at Workers Blacktown ONLY
and members MUST be present at this venue to win:

▪ Workers Sports 170 Reservoir Road Blacktown (02 8822 2444)
▪ Workers Hubertus Country Club 205 Adams Rd Luddenham (02 4773 4444)
3. The draw will be conducted from 7.30pm, Monday 18 June 2018;
4. Entry Tickets for the promotion will be issued to members of the BWC Group when they make a purchase of $10 or more (accumulatively) at any Club
POS terminal (excluding function sales and TAB). Members will receive one ticket for every $10 spent (i.e. 1 x $10, 2 x tickets for $20, and so on) which
will be stored virtually;
5. Sales whereby the Member redeems Workers Rewards Points will receive one ticket for every $10 redeemed (excluding Pitstop, function sales and TAB).
6. On the day of the draw members will be able to access their promotional tickets earned which have been stored virtually via the POS reward kiosks.
7. Entries can be redeemed from 3.00pm until 7.30pm sharp on the draw dates mentioned above with the draw commencing shortly after. Once the
promotion has commenced, late entries will NOT be accepted;
8. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure they activate their entries for the draw;
9. Draws will be conducted on the above-mentioned date, where members can win a maximum of ONLY one (1) prize;
10. Entry tickets are valid for this draw only.
11. Tickets not activated in this promotion will be erased and will not be able to be used in any other promotion;
12. The winner’s name/s will be announced via the Clubs PA system;
13. Announcements will NOT be heard in Cucina Locale on level 5 and function rooms (otherwise specified before draw), thus it will be the responsibility of
members to ensure they are within the promotional area during the draws, for them to be heard;
14. Each winner will have 4 minutes to claim their prize; if not claimed within the 4 minutes, then another draw will take place until all participants have
been selected to participate in the draw;
15. Round 1 – Sixteen (16) members will be drawn virtually. The sixteen (16) winners will select one of the sixteen (16) face down cards on display. Eight (
will have “GOAL” written and the other eight (
will have “RED CARD” written on the underside of the card. The eight (
that have “RED CARD” will exit
the promotion, winning $250, the members that have “GOAL” will progress to the next round.
16. Round 2 - the eight (
remaining members will select a card from eight (
facedown cards in front of them. Four (4) will have “GOAL” the other four
will have “RED CARD”. The four (4) that have “RED CARD” will exit the promotion, winning $500. The members that have “GOAL” will progress to the
next round
17. Round 3 - The four (4) remaining players will select a card from the four (4) facedown cards. Two (2) will have “GOAL” the other two (2) will have “RED
CARD”. The two (2) that have “RED CARD” will exit the promotion, winning $1000. The members that have “GOAL” will progress to the FINAL round.
18. Final Round - The remaining two (2) members must select a card from the Two (2) facedown cards on display. One (1) will have “GOAL” the other one
(1) will have “RED CARD”. The member that has “RED CARD” will exit the promotion winning $4000 and the member that has “GOAL” will be our winner
winning $10,000;
19. The club takes no responsibility for lost or damaged tickets, including any system errors with POS that may occur during the promotional period. If
system errors do occur, ticket/s can NOT be reproduced;
20. Promotion entrants and claimants must have their current Membership Card with them at the time of the draw and MUST be a full financial member to
claim a prize. No claims will otherwise be accepted;
21. No proxy may be used on behalf of any winner for any part of the promotion;
22. Participation in this promotion implies acceptance to all terms and conditions;
23. The total prize value of this promotion is $20,000 with 16 individual prizes;
24. Any member caught tampering in any way with the promotion may be refused the right to enter any future club promotion;
25. Only financial members of BWC Group may participate in this promotion. This excludes pending members, suspended members, members that have
been excluded and members that have dishonoured cheques outstanding;
26. Directors, Management & Staff of Blacktown Workers Club Group, including Contractors and their employees, are not eligible to enter the promotion;
27. Management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered.
