Restrictions
Entrants must renew as a Full Member of Aquis Park Home of the GCTC and
Event Centre (i.e. excludes Senior, Young, Restricted, Honorary, Sponsor or
LIFE members).
Entrants cannot enter more than once by creating additional memberships in their
name.

Procedure
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
1) Renew their full membership at Aquis Park, Home of the Gold Coast Turf
Club and Event Centre for the 2018/19 Race Season by logging into their
Online Member Portal and Renewing their membership.

Prize Details (2) Two x Premium Dining and Beverage tickets at the Melbourne Cup Raceday
in the Event Centre at the Gold Coast Turf Club on November 6th 2018.
AND
(2) Two x Premium Dining and Beverage Tickets at the Magic Millions Raceday
in the Event Centre at the Gold Coast Turf Club on January 12th 2019.
Prize
Restrictions
Employees, directors, members of the board and immediate families of the
promoter and staff from exhibiting companies who have direct involvement in
Aquis Park Home of the Gold Coast Turf Club and Event Centre are ineligible to
enter.
If the winner does not respond to contact within 7 days, the prize will be redrawn.
If a member does not renew through the Online Member Portal, they cannot be
entered into the competition.

Terms
1) The Promoter reserves the right to request a valid form of photo I.D prior
to the Major Prize being awarded.
2) The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3) The prize does not include anything other than what is listed.
4) Prize(s) will be awarded as specified in to the Prize Details. All Prize
values stated are in Australian Dollars and are correct at the time of
preparation of these Conditions of Entry
5) All Prizes and/or parts of the Prize(s) are non-exchangeable, must be used
on any dates specified in these terms and conditions and/or as stipulated
by the prize provider. The Promoter and/or a nominated Prize Provider
will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable
control any element of any prize is not provided.
6) Directors, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter and
those of any agencies, retailers and suppliers directly associated with this
Promotion and the immediate family members of these people are
ineligible to enter. “Immediate family member” means spouse, parent,
natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a
parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director,
manager, employee, officer or contractor.
7) The responsibility of redemption of prizes is that of the winner
Aquis Park Gold Coast does not accept any responsibility for negotiations
or variations to the published terms and conditions between winners and
suppliers of prizes once the draw has been completed and winners
notified.
9) All decisions throughout the Promotional Period are at the discretion of
the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into.
