  This is the latest from them yesterday arvo: "Hi Sandy, can you please try again as we were advised there was a further glitch preventing some users from successfully submitting their entry."

However, still not working as of this morning.  Plenty of time though as it doesn't close till 15th July so with luck it will be up next week... Nice to know you're not alone though.

Success!  They sent me this link which looked different to the other page and went through https://westinghouseform.pgtb.me/WhsZCh So for those who haven't had any luck with it and there must be some problem or why would so many be unable to enter despite using multiple browsers?  Thank for any suggestions though.
