The promoter is St Vincent de Paul Society (WA) Inc. (ABN 18 332 550 061) whose registered office is
at 9 Brewer Road Canning Vale 6155
1. The competition will run from 1 June 2018 to 5pm, 30 June 2018 in the State of Western
Australia only.
2. Only one entry per jacket purchased from a Vinnies shop in Western Australia will be accepted.
Customers may enter competition multiple times subject to having purchased same amount of
corresponding jackets. For example, buy three jackets from Vinnies shops during competition
and customers are eligible to submit three separate entry forms.
3. The competition is only open to any St Vincent de Paul Society (WA) Inc. customers, including
members and volunteers aged 18 years or over. All St Vincent de Paul Society (WA) Inc.
employees are not eligible to enter the competition. Volunteers and members are eligible.
4. Closing date for entry into the competition will be 30 June 2018. After this date no further entries
into the competition will be accepted.
5. No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6. The prize is as follows: One Weekend Escape at Crown Metropol Perth with 2 nights
accommodation in a Luxe View Room and breakfast at Atrium included. Valid Monday – Sunday
until 30 June 2019, not valid public holiday, long weekends and special event days. Subject to
availability. Not redeemable for cash. Not transferable. Not to be re-issued.
7. Transport to and from Crown Perth not included.
8. Winners will be chosen by St Vincent de Paul Society (WA) Inc. at random.
9. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone by mid July 2018.
10. If the winner is unable to be contacted within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the
right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. The winner
consents to participating in any publicity and/or promotion including digital promotion associated
with winning the prize.
12. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
13. By opting in to receive promotional communications, an entrant agrees to be added to the St
