Simply spend $20 at any St Ives Village retailer, fill in an entry form and place in the barrel in the Market Room or at Concierge on level 2.

Minimum Spend of $20 required. Two prize draws will be conducted at the end of each promotional period. Major prize: $1,200 will be awarded every month in the form of St Ives VIllage Gift Cards. Limit of two entries per person per day. NSW Permit No: LTPS-18-24773.

1. Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. Participants enter the Competition by spending $20 or more in one transaction at any retailer within St Ives Shopping Village, and completing an entry form at Village Concierge.
3. Minimum spend required to enter is $20 per transaction at any St Ives Village retailer, including Woolworths, Harris Farm and Romeo’s IGA Food Hall. Limit of two (2) entries per person per day. Entry forms can be returned to Village Concierge or placed in the entry barrels in The Market Room or outside Woolworths
4. Prizes include:
i. Major Prize: Win your shopping for a year. ($300 per week x 52 weeks = $15,600 to be awarded as a $1,200 St Ives Village gift card every month for 12 months).
ii. Secondary Prize: $1,000 St Ives Village Gift Card
5. Entry is only open to Residents of New South Wales, Australia. Employees of the promoter, the management company and their staff are ineligible to enter. Receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the entry form or be provided by the prize winner on completion of the draw.
6. A two phased promotion will be conducted. Both tiers include a major prize and a secondary prize:
i. Phase One; Monday 18th June until Wednesday 11th July 2018
ii. Phase Two; Friday 10th August until Friday 31st August 2018
7. Total value of prize pool includes:
i. Two (2) major prizes of $31,200 in total
ii. Two (2) secondary prizes of $2,000 in total;
Total prize pool is capped at $33,200.
8. The winner(s) of the major prize and the secondary prize will be drawn at random on the following dates and times:
i. Phase One, major and secondary prize: 10am Friday 13th July 2018
ii. Phase Two, major and secondary prize: 10am Monday 3rd September 2018
9. The winner(s) will be notified within 24 hours after each prize draw on; Friday 13th July 2018 and Monday 3rd September 2018 by their contact details supplied on the entry form.
10. Entries from the Phase One Promotion (Monday 18th June until Wednesday 11th July 2018) do not carry over to the Phase Two Promotion (Friday 10th August until Friday 31st August 2018). They are two separate competitions.
11. The winner(s) of each major prize will need to collect the $1,200 St Ives Village gift card every month, for 12 months from the Concierge Desk on level 2 at St Ives Shopping Village during centre trading hours.
12. In the event the prize winner(s) does not contact St Ives Shopping Village to claim their prize within 14 days we will assume the prize is unclaimed and a new winner(s) will be selected at random at 10am Friday 30th July 2018 for phase one, and 10am Wednesday 19th September for phase two.
13. Normal St Ives Village gift card terms and conditions apply, see the reverse side of the gift card for details.
14. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The winner(s) is required to verify their identity to receive their prize at the Concierge Desk located on Level 2 of St Ives Shopping Village. The identification must match the winning entrant’s details.
16. The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged.
17. Where the prize is lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with, for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter is not liable.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time.
19. By entering and participating in the competition each entrant is deemed to have agreed to and accepted all conditions of entry.
20. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the competition will be directed to the Promoter.
