WHO CAN ENTER
Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or older.HOW TO ENTER
1. Entrants are eligible when they follow us via our Instagram profile @amykatestudio or Facebook profile @amykatestudio. One winner will be eligible for the giveaway.
2. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Amy Kate's official Facebook and Instagram page.
3. Closing date for entry will be thirteen days after commencement date. After this period no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
PRIZE
4. The giveaway includes; 1 x Logo Design with 2 revisions, 1 x Business Card Design with 2 revisions, 1 x HTML Email Signature with 2 revisions, 1 x Letterhead with 2 revisions, Basic Brand Guidelines outlining company fonts, colour palette, image direction and any icons developed in the branding process and 250 x Standard Size Business Cards Velvet Touch including standard delivery within Australia.
5. Amy Kate reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Amy Kate.
SELECTION OF WINNER
6. One winner will be selected announced on Monday 11th July 2018.
7. The winners will be announced on Facebook and Instagram on the 11/07/2018.
8. The giveaway entails the winner to use the items listed in point 5. This is not redeemable for cash.
9. The giveaway is valid for redemption for six months from receiving the draw date.
NO LIABILITY
10. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start in the same conditions, subject to State Legislation.
