Terms and Conditions
The promoter is Travelrite International Pty Ltd of 423 Whitehorse Road, Balwyn Vic 3143 (ABN: 64 005 817 018).
Instructions on how to enter form part of the conditions of entry. The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entry is open to Australian residents only. If the winner of the prize is under 18, the prize will be awarded to their parents/guardians.
Employees of Travelrite International Pty Ltd and their agencies, immediate families and companies involved in this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Acceptable forms of entry are as follows:
By completing an official entry form and placing it in an entry box at a Travelrite International Pty Ltd store located at either 423 Whitehorse Road, Balwyn Vic 3103 or 182 Canterbury Road, Heathmont Vic 3135.
By completing an official entry form and mailing it to Travelrite International Pty Ltd at either 423 Whitehorse Road, Balwyn Vic 3103.
By completing an entry on the Cruise Offers Facebook page www.facebook.com/cruiseoffersdeals
By completing an entry on the Cruise Offers or Travelrite websites: www.travelrite.com.au or www.cruiseoffers.com.au
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
Competition commences on 9:00am AEST on 01/ 05/2018 and closes at 5:00pm AEST 31/07/2018. The competition will be judged on the basis of originality and creativity by Travelrite International at 423 Whitehorse Road, Balwyn Vic 3143 at 1:30pm AEST on 01/08/2018. This competition is a game of skill, chance plays no part in determining the winner and each valid entry will be individually judged by Travelrite International based on specific judging criteria. The decision is binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into. Travelrite International Pty Ltd will notify the winner by phone within 24 hours.
Prize: The prize includes the following:
A Balcony cabin for two persons aboard Golden Princess on the 6 night Southern Explorer Cruise to Adelaide, Kangaroo Island and Port Lincoln departing Melbourne on 23 January 2019
The cruise must be booked by 30/09/2018.
All other incidental costs, including transfers to and from the winners home to the airport and/or cruise port, any costs related to passports, visas, taxes and surcharges, travel insurance, additional meals, beverages & optional cruise excursions (all meals onboard the ship are included) and gratuities will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
The prize must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable, redeemable for cash or able to be taken in part.
Once the cruise booking is confirmed and ticketed, cancellation charges apply and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winner of the prize must be 18 years or older.
No extension of the validity date of this prize will be permitted. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby assigns to the Promoter all right, title and interest in and to all copyright in any material created pursuant to the winner’s participation in any aspect of the prize (Works). The winner acknowledges that the Promoter is free to use the Works and to exercise its rights in relation thereto and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
To the full extent permitted by the law, the Promoters exclude liability for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, loss of opportunity, revenue or profit) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this promotion or prize.
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, Travelrite International Pty Ltd may in their sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authorities where required.
If any prize or any part of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ control, the Promoters will endeavour but are not obliged to provide a substitute prize of equivalent or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
Travelrite International Pty Ltd collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Travelrite International Pty Ltd may share entrants’ information with persons or entities assisting in the conduct of the promotion and with companies who are prize partners.
